Johnson's Automotive is always able to work me into their busy schedule with little notice. They supply an estimate that is accurate to the final cost, the repairs always correct the problem, and are so easy to work with. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I am a return customer because they do things right!

This is an auto repair that you can trust. When they do the job they do it right. May not be the cheapest, but you will be relaxed knowing that your vehicle is being serviced properly. They a very friendly staff and their communication is great.

One of our sons came home on leave. While he was home, he wanted to upgrade vehicles. We found one, and Johnson's conducted a pre purchase inspection, complete with a 6 page report. They checked out everything. We did not purchase that vehicle due to the repairs needed. We purchased another vehicle and had Johnson's inspect it, service, and make the few maintenance issues we needed to address. Appreciate their ability to work us in, get repairs done timely, and know that they were done right.

We have taken our vehicles to Johnson Automotive for years. Always the best service in town.

While traveling, my car overheated and smoke billowed from under the hood. After being towed to the shop, they promptly found the problem and fixed it - a gash in the radiator hose. All went well the rest of the trip.

It’s very easy to get an appointment. JAS will work around your schedule and give you an appointment time that benefits You the Consumer. JAS is now our family mechanic shop. First of all, I've known David for a number of decades, and he's an honest and honorable man. I had AC issues, and had asked him to change the compressor. Not only was that not necessary, he traced the problem to a faulty electrical issue, and fixed it much cheaper than it would have been. He did find some other issues that I did not know about, and resolved them as well. He even changed my wiper blades, something I knew I needed, but left off my list. Overall, Johnson's Automotive provides quality professional service, and he treats all of his customers like lifelong friends.

David and his team are professionals and will take care of you and your car(s) efficiently and effectively. Great service!

Johnsons Automotive is a great place to go for service

Johnson's was fantastic. My car overheated when I was on my way back to school and the reason I decided to go to Johnson's was because of all of the great reviews I read online. I called Johnson's at 9:30 am to see if they could take a look at what was wrong and by 11 am they had checked out my car, figured out what was wrong, and called me with a plan of action. I decided to have everything fixed and by 3:30 pm that day my car was ready to be picked up in the shop. Customer service was great. All employees were easy to talk to on the phone. Jody is fantastic and drove me to my apartment after I had dropped my car off and immediately picked me up from my apartment to take me to the shop when my car was ready. Overall, I had a great experience at Johnson's Automotive Service. Everything went smoothly and my car is running better than ever. Thank you!
