I went Christmas shopping yesterday in Alabaster and encountered an absolutely delightful team member there. I tried to acknowledge her on my customer survey but found no space to do so. Please give Dorothy, Assoc 0926 a huge shout out!

I waited too long and my Acess Code for the survey is expired. We were shopping on 12/20/23 at the Alabaster, AL store. An associate in the beauty department named Shai was extremely helpful, answered my questions, and even made a suggestion that saved me some money on the products that I was looking for. The transaction # on my receipt is 1871 @ store # 2918, associate (?) # 0900. In this day and time, customer service is a dying art. Shai is definitely the EXCEPTION!

This is the only place I can find jeans that fit my ever growing 12 yr old daughter. Plus they always have great coupons. Most times even if you don't have one they'll apply one at the register for you. Customer service is always great.

Always a good experience. Always have great sales and coupons on top of sales. Total cost was over $600 but after coupons, total cost was less than $300!! Huge savings!!

JCPenney is a good store that has jewelry, shoes, bedding and bath, kitchen and dining, accessories, clothes for kids, teenagers, men, women and even for men and women plus size. There is also Sephora store, beauty salon and photo studio inside JCPenney. Store always has good sales and you can get coupons online. Stuff is nice and can help you. Oh and you can get up to 50- 70 % sale on fine jewelry at Christmas time. I think on other holidays they have good sales on fine jewelry also.

Store is very organized and clean. It is well stocked!

Leaving this review as I sit in the parking lot on New Year’s Eve, just left the store and it was the friendliest & best customer service experience I’ve had in two years - anywhere. Interacted with five or six different employees, many of them, young and working the cash registers, just unbelievable in this day and age how wonderful these young people were. JCP is doing something right, or they just got really lucky.

I find the greatest deals at this store. It's a little picked over in some areas. But I really do find some awesome deals almost every time I visit this store.

I love shopping for deals at this store. I mainly use the salon but love browsing through. Sorporah is great also.

This was the first and only stop when purchasing our bedroom sheets. The sales lady was very helpful when asked about the differences in sheets. We picked the cotton 550 thread count and I absolutely love them.

Went to look for a jewlery box for my wife and instead bought her a ring. The employee (Kelli) was very nice and very helpful. Its always a pleasure when you are treated with respect and kindness. Will return for future purchases.

Flora does an amazing job with pictures! Highly recommend her for photos, shes great with the kids!

I've always loved shopping at Jcpenney! I bought their jeans for my son bc they always had them in stock. Here recently, I noticed they had a shortage in store and online. They are changing their brand of jeans to something else. Arizona brand is what my son likes and wears. I asked the employee, what happened and she said the company has now started offering that brand of clothes/jeans. I asked if customers had complaints or lots if returns for defects or not being comfortable. She said not that she knew of and they had just started several months ago. My son has junk in the trunk like his mother so his size is specific. I asked are they gonna discontinue Arizona brand jeans and she said she didn't think so. I wasn't confident in that answer at all. I said I can't find this brand anywhere and it would be sad, as a consumer to discontinue that brand/size when its hard to find. Jcpenney went bankrupt in early 2020. The store shut down and then re-opened. Their hours are limited now. I love this store and I hope they don't try to get different brands to cut costs in bulk. I'll always shop here but even online, I couldn't find it-sold out. I got lucky when I went to the store physically and found a pair for $11 clearance. That's it. Just 1 pair.

Shout out to that 10 off 10 coupon, I got me some new sweatas for the season! Also the cashier was swift which we all like, especially at Christmas so another shout out to the young black woman with the short fro workin the register closest to the front door on November 21 somewhere between 11am and 3pm she deserves a raise

Very impressed at how nice it was as soon as you enter the main doors where the mannequins were...very clean & professional looking like someone cares about the store's appearance...great job...to whoever did that job...I work at another JCP in Mobile..was envious of your store🤪
