Just got new Snickers Saucony Women's Triumph 18 and Skechers Air- cooled Memory Foam Boots. Saucony Women's Triumph 18 Running shoes like the most comfortable soft, breathable shoes for running. And they have them wide on the foot so it is not tide fit on my feet. Currently you can buy 1 pair and get second pair of shoes 50 % off.
I like Rack Room Shoes store. Especially when they have good deals on shoes like buy 2 pair of shoes get 1 pair for free or buy 1 pair get second pair for 50 % off. I bought a lot of my comfy shoes in this store. They have brand shoes like Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Timberland and others.

Just bought my new pair of shoes here tonight. The sales ladies were just so friendly and helpful. The store is very organized and have exactly what u need.

Easy, convenient location in the strip mall. Can't easily be seen from the main highway but there are signs. The store employees were all very friendly and helpful. The assistant manager was very helpful with my return. The store was stocked well and the proces are very competitive. They were having a bogo sale which was great to get a pair of boots free! I highly recommend shopping here.

A few days ago, I wasn't pleased w/ this company or it's employees! However, today I feel completely different. Courtney O'Dell the District Manager, home store Alabaster, couldn't be more amazing!! Her customer service is absolutely stellar!!! She called ME to check in and hear from ME what was going on. She listened as I explained the personal reasons I was so unhappy w/ my treatment and my order. She acted quickly to fix the problem and do whatever she could to ensure I received my order today. Thank You Courtney O'dell..... you're amazing at your job and you're an amazing human being! Thank you so much for all you did today.... and Rack Room Shoes will forever have my business... and trust me, I love shoes!!!!

Love Rack Room, home of BOGO. Per the website, this was the only store within 50 miles that had my size. I had to drive all the way to Alabaster but they did have the shoe, and the employees were awesome. I think I was asked 3 times by all 3 people if I needed anything. The store was clean and stocked well. I'll definitely shop at this location again.

Good selection of shoes at good prices with good sales often posted. The young lady serving as the cashier was superb with friendly smile, genuine conversation, and true Southern manners.

It's was very organized I find that Rackroom and shoe Dept. Have very similar shoes!
