Good store with a lot of different stuff from groceries, clothing to kitchen appliances. You can get good deals on stuff and you can look for coupons online also. Stylish clothes and shoes for adults women, men, teenagers and kids. Store always clean, smells like coffee because it has Starbucks inside with delicious coffee and always carts at the front. Also available pick up option. I came today to store to get free baby welcome kit in the customer service. If you are pregnant just register on target online and get your barcode for free baby welcome kit.

Last night while checking out I heard a man chew out a sweet employee because he had to use self-check out. It's astonishing and laughable to see how many people are rude and complain about self-check out and having to do something yourself. Maria, the employee handled the situation with grace and kindness. She did a fantastic job in an uncomfortable and ridiculous situation. Tonight, I met Kylie (spelling?) when returning an item at the last minute. Even when running in right before close, she made my experience wonderful. The staff at this location are remarkable and truly deserve a raise.

Let's remember to show kindness and grace this holiday season to employees working in retail and the service industry.

Very friendly people who work here. Store is smaller, but was clean and organized. They even had some towels that I can’t find in the Bham area.

I have Always enjoyed shopping at Target. For the most part the Employees are Nice and Friendly. The store is clean and I've rarely hand to wait more than 5 minutes to Checkout and they seem to always have enough cashiers on duty to checkout their customers without making them feel that you Must use the self-checkout registers.

Love this place so much extra points for the Starbucks being included:)

The Alabaster store went above and beyond to assist us with a donation to our local school. Can not thank them enough, especially the efforts spearheaded by Treena.

These days is hard to get any help inside the stores. Well there is a employee named Chelsea that went over and beyond for me today!! She was shopping for a order and i asked her where something was she stopped what she was doing and "walked" me to where it was supposed to be. Well there wasn't any on the shelf and when she scanned it it said they had some so she went to the front to see if there was any there, but there wasn't. Just think should be recognized for her efforts!!! When I go to any stores its very rare that you will have a employee to stop what they are doing to walk you to it. Not even at Publix any more and there employees are actually supposed to be required to walk you to it. This is at the Alabaster Target. Thank you Chelsea

I shop here at least weekly and I love it! The employees are very friendly and helpful, and they have a great customer service department. I love their new Threshold line of home goods. BEST towels I've ever bought - can't wait to get more. Great sheets and quilt, too!

The app was very easy to use, my order was quickly, the associate that brought my order out was polite, and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes! I am very impressed, and it made my life so much easier today at 29 weeks pregnant with a 15 month old. Thank you!

The employees at Target are truly AWESOME and the customer service is Superb. I've never shopped anywhere else that can measure up to the quality of service that Target provides. I'm willing to pay more on certain items because of this kind of service.

This has been our go-to Target for years. It’s the closest location to us (Calera residents), but fortunately, we also have the best experiences at this location than the other Target locations (especially Hoover).

The last time we were at Target, we made a pretty big purchase. We saved up and planned for a new TV and settled on the LG brand. The particular model that we came home with was on sale and we were able to take advantage since we are Red Card members.

We got our TV home, gently unloaded it, to discover that the TV was damaged.

Not to worry, our knight in shining armor was there to help.

Before we made the trip to Target we called to make sure that they had the model that we wanted in stock. They had 1. I even got the awesome associate, Brandon, to measure the box for us to be sure it would fit in my SUV.

Brandon was the person we called when the TV was damaged and he was immediately empathetic and understanding to our situation and walked us through our options: 1) return the TV at Alabaster and head to another location to purchase a new one or 2) head to another location and exchange the TV for the same model as long as they had it in stock.

We never have a poor experience here, but Brandon made this stressful shopping trip seamless and worry-free. He was calm, informative and he was genuinely happy to help us. So this review is a shout out to the stellar customer service we received mid-September and this is one of the many reasons we will continue to shop this location!
