I ordered a designer's choice bouquet for back to school. Very beautiful and fast same day delivery. I will definitely use again!

They were super friendly and helpful when we needed an arrangement. They listened to what we wanted, gave us a price, and told us to come back in half an hour and it was ready and looked amazing!

They lady listened to my ideas and created just what I wanted! She even stayed late to make sure I was happy!

Ordered flowers for my best friend fpr her 1st day of teaching and they were gorgeous! She felt so loved and special and they were delivered hassle free. Cheaper than 1-800-flowers too!

I go to EIU and my boyfriend is in the military so he orders me flowers for special occasions often and I have to say these are the best flowers I have ever received from him. They did a wonderful job with the arrangement of colors and flowers. I wasn't very impressed with the ones I had received before from another shop because there was too much green leaves and hardly any flowers. SO impressed with Bell's and he will be ordering from there from now on.

I can't say enough good things about his place. Lynn was amazing. I ordered from Egypt. It took me 3 hours because of technical difficulties. I bought international minutes on my phone. Once we talked on the phone she made everything perfect in less than 5 minutes. I trusted her completely. I made a great choice. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend.

I used the same florist for 37 years. I never know what I want, but I am very particular. I am a high maintenance floral customer, so I was not expecting the customer service I had grown to love. I couldn't be happier with their service. After changing my mind they came up with an exquisite idea, and it cost LESS than what I told them I wanted to spend. They explained all the fees and assured me they would be delivered today. Unfortunately, my friend was not available and they went out of their way to get the flowers to her! I found a new florist.
