Customer service is terrible. Billed to prior home for over a year and had to pay fees because they did not send to correct address. Would get business quarterly billings a few days before due date and some after due date. So got charged late fees with the government and Andy wouldn't even listen or understand why I did not want to pay anymore then for their mess ups. Prior tax accountant at this Ankeny location was outstanding and knew his job. If I did not know my business and how the housing taxes work I would of over paid the government also. I changed all my personal accounts and also my business accounts to Al Kuduce CPA in WDM. WONDERFUL service and explains things great! Taxes are not easy to understand but the customer service is what I had big issues with.

Dropped off paperwork in October. constantly had to follow up OVER six months to then be told they could work on items AFTER tax season. They took on more work than they could handle more or less and strung me along.
