Riley was amazing. He went over a few things I was unaware of on my account and showed me some new features on my new phone. Was a pleasure to work with and had an amazing personality and attitude. The lady who was also working in the store was friendly and spoke with us on a few things as well. This store has improved tremendously since an old visit. Will continue to ask for Riley on future visits. Thank you again Riley!

Leslie was awesome and patient with a sim card issue I had when I signed up for service. Took around an hour maybe to sort out, but she helped me get what I needed. Thanks and sorry for the trouble!

Colleen at the Verizon store in Mattoon, Illinois was very helpful today when my husband and I went in for help with our voicemail. She was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Having her to help us today made it the best experience we've had at any Verizon store for a long time.

We had a appointment to come in and finish our purchase. On the way there we received from our family that a niece had disappeared from work at noon and she had left a message to everyone that she was sorry 😞 and then turned her cell phone off.Leaving everyone to fear the worst. We were very upset by the time we arrived at the Verizon store. JoAnna, went into caring about our srow. She did and said all the right things to comfort us. Then all the other girls working there also gave us hugs and told us to trust that God will bring here back to her three children and all her family and friends. Then they went about taking care of business, there was a soft quiet in the room. When several people there wanted to see a picture of her and her van, so they could keep their eyes open and looking for her. Before we left the store,I received a message letting us know that she had called her daughter and told her she was not saying where she was and she was not coming home tonite. So for now we know she is alive and hopefully be home before tomorrow.
You can be very proud of your employees , they were very comforting and reassuring as well as professional. So please be aware of these employees,as well as Riley, a nice young man who went above and beyond to make our buying four new phones and getting us on a plan, as easy and smoothly as possible!

I was worried that I was going to be paying hundreds of dollars to get a new phone and line, but I was so wrong. Everyone was very helpful with all of the questions I had, setting up everything in a timely manner, and were overall very supportive and kind. I recommend Verizon if you need to start fresh or start up on your own.

Danielle and the other rep were very helpful. They had a few customers ahead of me but greeted me quickly. They managed to take care of everyone in a timely fashion. Danielle got me taken care of and I was on my way.

Leslie L. is AMAZING!! I loved her attitude, her personality, and her willingness to help me lower our bill AND get me my brand new phone at a discount!!! You ROCK L.L.!!!!

Riley in Mattoon is a great person and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

That said it might be a good idea for management / owners to have more than two people staffing the whole location at peak times 😅
