I’ve been with Kenzies agency for just about a year now and STATEFARM for about 4. Can confidently say her and her team are always working to give the people the best customer service and help save money in anyway they can. Always a joy to walk in and usually see Elijah smiling and being on top of helping his customers. Safe to say I’m not changing my insurance provider any time soon!

We recently switched our insurance and we have been working with Jackie from Cheesewrights office. She has been amazing. The only thing I regret is not switching sooner!

I sometimes feel like the annual review meeting is not always necessary but when I met with KaLeigh earlier this month we discovered that I did not have collision coverage on the car I purchased over a year ago. State farm agents worked diligently and quickly to reimburse me as much as possible for the damages. They reimbursed me very quickly. I am so appreciative. Kenzi was very professional in helping me with my insurance needs. She asked several questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted, and wasn’t just being a salesperson. Her and her team are beyond friendly and helpful in getting anything done with your insurance, especially the 4 legged team member.

They seem to have competitive prices. The staff are friendly. I generally check around to make sure that I am getting a reasonable price each year as my insurance renewal time grows close. The staff will answer your questions and try to be as thorough as possible. I would recommend you check them out when your yearly renewal is near.

Everyone in office was very friendly .My car got totaled in an accident. I contacted Kenzi and she helped me through the process of making a claim. I have had State Farm for many years. The company has been good to me.
