This is the second time I've worked with Misty, and both experiences have been exceptional. Misty has the depth of knowledge that experience brings, and she has trusted working relationships with allied professionals to consult on any unusual circumstances that arise. She's exceptionally organized and makes sure her client knows what is going on at all times. We had a pending special HOA assessment involved with our townhome sale, and it was obvious that she had prepared us for this far better than a neighbor using another realtor. She also was knowledgeable in the sale of property held in an estate trust. I recommend Misty to anyone!

Misty was a great realtor for us. She was very realistic about where she thought our house would sell price-wise, while we felt other realtors were much more unrealistic about the value of our home. She guided us perfectly with the listing price, and we had our home sold for well over asking within a week. She handled the open house, the pictures that were put online and the consult with an interior designer that really showcased the great features of our home. While we miss our home, we are so glad we went with Misty to sell it!

My husband and I met Misty at an open house. We were first-time homebuyers and were open that we had to clue as to what we were doing, and were not prepared to buy a home that day. Misty not only answered our questions, but spent nearly an hour walking us (people not prepared to spend a dime) through things a first-time homebuyer needed to know. We later learned that she taught classes to first-time home buyers.

We texted her with questions regarding fencing, dealing with ants, and she even helped us understand our home warranty policy when our A/C broke our first summer here.
