Very nice staff that wants to help! Sometimes when you walk in a store it feels like workers keep bugging you, and I’ve had that feeling before when I’ve walked into Best Buy. But the way this location does it with a smile makes you feel helped and not bothered! Great job guys!

I am not tech savvy but desperately needed something besides my cellphone for online activities. After several other tablets, laptops, and notebooks proved to be to frustrating for me over the years I'd just about given up. I went to Best Buy just to see if there was ANYTHING that would work for my brain. Asante saw me staring at Samsung Tablets, listened to my frustrating past experiences, and immediately helped me find exactly what I needed! I will no longer order from Amazon or shop elsewhere because Asante and Best Buy offer the service and support that I've not found anywhere else!

I bought an item online. I went and got the item and was out within minutes. Very good service and the staff always have a smile on their face and willing to help you.

Bought a new iPhone 15 Pro. Associate was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient.

A very knowledgeable young man named Harrison helped us get the best TV for my mom.

The salesman today was awesome! I bought an outrageously expensive vacuum ($650.00) on an impulse buy. Today, I returned it and got the BEST PAIR of earbuds by Shokz. Lemme tell ya, these earbuds, don't go in your ears but sit on the bone in front of your ears and uses vibrations. Omg these are the most amazing things I've ever seen! The sound quality is outta this world and worth the $196 price tag!!

Fantastic. Was looking for a fridge, ended up buying exactly what I wanted in a bigger size. The employees were fantastic and very helpful. Best Buy is definitely the place to go

I was greeted at the door. Everyone was very helpful. I had an appointment to bring in an old computer for recycling. I received a phone call reminder and when I arrived with the computer, they were ready for me. Quick and easy process. I was thankful to be able to recycle.

Zack and Dalton were great helping me with my service needs. They showed great product knowledge and superb customer service! 5 Stars , you guys Rock.

Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Was just there Friday night January 25, 2019 to purchase a brand new fridge. Will be going back to purchase a brand new TV later this year

We needed a new washer, and hit BB after a couple of other stops at big chain stores. Alex and Zach at BB provided the most positive help, far better than Lowe's. They answered or researched questions, and promised us the installation would be handled by a wizard named Josh. Sure enough, Josh and his trusted ally Justin showed up and deftly dealt with the very small space we had to work with. All of these guys were great to work with.

Good deals with plenty stock.

We bought an oven at Best Buy. Joshua and Skyler delivered it and took our old one away. They were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job. This was our first big purchase from Best Buy and we’ll definitely look first at Best Buy again in the future.

Dan was absolutely fabulous servicing both my washer and dryer (2 different occasions). So grateful for the expertise.

Always seems to busy. They do try to help you quickly. We always seem to be in there for long time while things get done. We were getting new phones. The young man that helped us was very personable and knowledgeable. He got everything taken care if for me so I had nothing to worry about or do later. Best Buy employees know how to take care of a customer. I will continue going there.
