Domino's Pizza

We love domino's pizza! The pizza is always hot and made to order and is SO delicious!!! We always do carry out and it is so easy to pick it up from the window. Not to mention, they ALWAYS have coupons! No one beats Domino's!!

Their service is usually pretty fast so the food arrives hot every time. It's also consistent. I can rely on it being prepared and cooked the same way every time. The price is also fair for what you get.

Being a truck driver, it's nice to see them still delivering to us. Many won't due to safety issues. I've gotten several pizzas from here and always top-notch. Greatly appreciated, and thanks to everyone there.

The greatest employee there is Alissa, she's amazing and not bad to look at for sure! Always make perfect pizzas! The best pizza place in town or the WORLD.
I was asked to update my review, Still Alissa is amazing, she takes on other jobs while people call in with no reason and they always call her to fill in and sacrifice her time with her kids. She deserve better and you would be lucky to have her make your food! She actually cares.
I still recommend Domino's even though they enslave the people who actually work.

Cynthia and the crew at Mattoon Domino's killing it every week. Every Friday I order for my wife to pick up my order is always done promptly and it is very good.

I've never once had an incorrect order at this location. Not. Even. Once. The staff is ALWAYS extremely kind and courteous, whether they're delivering my food or handing it to me through the pick up window. No rude behaviours, no irritated staff, no imporioer language used. I literally have no complaints. Wait times are even fantastic! Deliveries are stupid fast! (That's a good thing, mind you!) Absolutely outstanding job, Mattoon team. Somebody give these folks a raise, cuz they sure deserve it! Even during the worst if the Pandemic, not one issue. Keep it up, y'all!!

I hadn't ordered dominoes in a long time and I'm not sure why. Decided to try it out again and was really happy. The delivery guy forgot our salad. I called back understanding these things happen. The employee that answered was very nice and helpful and had one sent right away. In the mean time the delivery guy who was on another delivery noticed he had my salad and called back to apologize. In the end we got the salad and all 3 employees were very nice and the food has been very good so far too. I will definitely be ordering from dominoes again.

After multiple years of utilizing this Domino's for our family of five, I can confidently say that this establishment will NOT let you down.

I appreciate y'all for staying open so late, tonight was a rough night and you guys were patient and more than willing to make me fresh food and deliver it. I feel so bad because I forgot to tip the driver, who was adorable, but he was still polite and was talking to my dog while I was signing the receipt. I've never had a problem with dominos and have always LOVED the food! ❤🍕❤🍕❤🍕❤🍕❤

I've always had great experiences with this location. They are my go to when I want pizza. Their coupons are always a great deal. Service is always like. Delivery is super fast! Love the tracker!!

Amazing ppl i cant believe how nice they are i liked that one guy his name i think was Cyrus and he was very nice and even thanked me for coming to his store and he also was very handsome and ill be coming back to dominoes again to see that very good looking man Cyrus i found him delightful and he even was there on his day off doing every ones job for them with gusto he was super attractive Cyrus is good employee never gets a day off Cyrus is what i call him and the bosses should give raise plus day off TY crus also alissa is a rude employee the only one that was rude unfortunately she was just standing there on her phone playing candy crush while every one did her job thats not very attractive also she made a pizza for me one day that looking like a foot ball lol im hungy and not big in to sports fan so i wasnt happy but yeah what was i going to do with that run a touch down sheesh

Holy moly. Can we just talk about the gluten free pizza they have here? First off the taste is pretty amazing considering most gluten free items don't. It's hands down the best in the area. Now let's talk about the employees. Not only do they remember ur order when u call... Yes we order alot considering the quality of the gluten free pizza and us having to do an entirely gluten free diet. But along with remembering who we are and what we order, they always have it done in the time they tell me and they are super friendly. Even when I didn't have to do a gluten free diet as this is new to me.. I have always loved the flavor of the crust and all the great deals u always have. So as we end 2020 I just wanna say thanks Domino's for being something good worth writing about. And Mattoon, IL store is hands down who this entire review is about.

I just had a wonderful experience here. I ordered carryout, a 43$ order. It was completed in less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and seemed incredibly hard working.
The food is amazing.
Excellent job.

The employees are all so friendly and wish us a nice evening when they hand out our weekly pizza through the drive-through window. Great place for a great pizza!

This store is ALWAYS amazing. Food is always hot and fresh and comes very quickly. Never have any issues and if we ever have they resolve it quickly.

Ordered online towards the end of grocery shopping at Wal-Mart. Was able to track the progress of my pizza. Picked up on my way home using the drive-thru window. 10 min later we were enjoying a hot and yummy pepperoni, bacon and mushroom pizza!

Everything was perfect! It's the first time I received a pasta dish that more than a 1/3 in it. My husband asked for extra meat because usually it's more bread than anything and he's satisfied with the outcome. Thank you!!!
