My Choice Motors

Found a 2006 Prius here with only 62k miles online the night before for $9999 - same price I’d paid 9 years prior for my Prius with nearly 100k miles on it! Most used Priuses in this price range have 125k miles or more. I emailed about it at 9 pm and heard back the next morning from Faisal by email and text. Set up an appointment to look at it, and loved it. The car had been described accurately online with text and photos. Big relief, since we had driven 150 miles to see it.

Faisal was respectful, quiet, and no-nonsense. He worked steadily, carefully and efficiently on my paperwork, and I was out the door with plates on the car and registration card in hand, less than 2 hours after showing up for the test drive - one hour from the time I said I’d take it. (I did not finance it.)

They accept cash or cashier’s check, MC/Visa/Discover (with 3% processing fee added), and offer financing. All the title, plate, and transfer fees are posted on the wall, which I appreciated. I was disappointed to not be able to transfer my current plates to the new purchase, to save $180, but Faisal was firm that there had to be 3 months left on my registration, and I only had 2.5 months left. Not sure about this law, but I also did not have my old car’s plates or physical registration card with me, which he said was needed.

The car looks pristine. I was a little nervous when we asked how they got this car and he replied an auction. But I had pulled the CarFax beforehand and it appeared to be meticulously cared for by the one previous owner, including an unheard of (to me, since these last over 100k miles and cost $2,500) hybrid battery change at 42k miles. Tire sensor light is on but I can get that fixed for $80. Value of this car is $2500 more than what I paid. I’m super glad to get a car just like the one I’m already used to driving.

Also sorta bummed yet impressed that Faisal offered the CarFax as soon as we arrived. If I’d known he would do that, I could’ve saved myself paying the $45 CarFax fee to pull it myself, but oh well. Might be nice to have seen it posted on the website the night before.

This was my 4th purchase from a dealer, 3rd used car, 1st time from this one. Low-key transaction. Office has two desks, several chairs, coffee machine, bathroom, windows. We were the only customers there at the time. Files were neatly labeled on the file cabinet, and much of the paperwork for our purchase was pre-printed and ready for me to sign. Smooth transaction. Bought a used with Faisal in January. Came in from out of town and he had answered all questions needed prior to my arrival. He got paperwork in order quickly and I was out the door. Would recommend as a used car dealer to work with for anyone considering this type of purchase.

Ali at Your Choice Autos is a very good person. He made the car buying process easy. It was NOT adversarial. He showed me his numbers as to what he paid for the car, and we negotiated the profit. With this crazy high-priced used car market, I felt we were both getting a fair deal. His store has a 15day/500 mile Implied Warranty which further attests to the quality of the car I was buying. I would recommend you visit the store and if they have what you want - BUY it! Very fair, extremely nice and honest.

My experience was pretty good overrall. Faisal helped me get my APR and monthly rate down to basically exactly what I wanted it to be. The process obviously takes time but thats anywhere buying a car. Faisal made the process easy and was trustworthy as well. I came in in hopes to trade mine in and leave with a new one. I did exactly that! I would reccomend to anyone looking to buy a used car.

I checked out a vehicle here that was in excellent condition for a very reasonable price. While I decided to go with a different vehicle elsewhere, I very much appreciated the quality of this dealership. I was especially impressed by the amount of professionalism and friendliness from Melvin from the details he provided me with regarding the vehicle to the test drive. He even had the car warmed up for me apon arrival!
