Our daughter had HOLLY in the Floral Dept. at this specific Jewel location (140 W. Lake Street, Addison) design, arrange and produce all of the flowers for her recent October '23 wedding and HOLLY DID AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS JOB! For a fairly large wedding of 160 people, Holly did every single floral arrangement, from the 18 guest tables, to the bride's bouquet, the 8 bridesmaid's bouquets & 11 groomsmen & father of the bride boutonnieres, the 3 corsages for the moms and 1 aunt. Not only did she point our daughter in the direction fas to what flowers would be at their best for the season, she suggested and threw together sample arrangements so a visible example was there to view. My daughter could not have been happier, as were we!! We provided Holly with the 18 vases she needed for the tables and our daughter's wedding planner picked up and brought all of the arrangements to the venue without a hitch. Everything was absolutely perfect: the arrangements, the freshness of all of the flowers (not a wilted one in sight), and the promptness in which they were ready to be picked up.

I recommend everyone to purchase your flowers from this location! And for any sort of parties, engage Holly's expertise; ask for her by name...and tell her Rob, Kathy and Leah highly recommended her!! You will be so happy you did

This review is specifically for the pharmacist Jocelyn. She gave us exceptional customer service. My Dad had just got back from rehab. The place said they faxed prescriptions over but they hadn't. I got to pharmacy around 745. They close at 8. Jocelyn patiently let me go through all the good rx codes and all the prescriptions. She even took time to see if she could get us a better price. Then she even stayed open later to make sure my Dad had his preciptions filled. She really cares about people and that shows. She took a lot of stress off us. We will be back soon for refills. I would recommend anyone to fill prescriptions here and have Jocelyn wait on you. Whoever reads this please give her praise for doing an exceptional job. She's amazing and I appreciate all she did.

If you need to buy a lot of different things quickly, then this store is for you.

First time at this store. Maybe an older store but well stocked. It had everything I needed. In and out. Great experience. Stopped late Sunday for several items,the store was busy, yet they had everything I needed. The checkout lines were also busy but moved very efficiently. Good stop, good store.

This location is astonishing. The store is huge and has so many options! Always customer friendly in every department. Staff and cashiers engage in safe and friendly ways. Food products are of great quality. The wine selection is fantastic. Very wide selection in all areas! Fruits and vegetables are good transparent wide roads convenient shopping even with a shopping cart! What I was looking for was everything I found in good quality. Solid store filled with almost everything you'll need. Cleanliness is on point and prices aren't terrible. Lines move quickly when with lots of people. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who make everything possible. I will be a returning customer.

Love this Jewel, they always have what I need! The produce department is always in top shape and has the best quality seasonal items! I’ve gone out of my way to come here for rapini when it’s on sale

I don't often shop at Addison Jewel, but I was in the area. It is a clean store with a nice layout. Signage is easy to read, and there were ample cashiers on a busy Saturday.

One of my favorite places to shop. Not as big as some. Nevertheless, has most of my general needs and fresh meats. Deli is very good. Never had a bad interaction with any workers or managers. Has a community friendly feel and I shop there about 4 times a month.

Loved dropping by here!! The staff and other customers were do friendly and personable. If I didn't have to work in the city I'd move here if everyone is like that.

LOVE LOVE LOVE <3 Laura <3 in the florist department. I can not thank you enough. You did an excellent job with the wedding bouquets for my sister's wedding. Everyone was so wowed with them! You exceeded all of our expectation!!

I sent my dad to pick up the flowers on the wedding day (July 19th 8 am). He had a very hard time finding the order but after lots of looking someone was able to locate the order. I told him to ask for you, but he mentioned that you were not there at that time but we did pay a nice tip for you. I hope it made it to you and your department!

I like shopping a Jewel, go there for different items that are on sale or I can't get the items anywhere else. There bakery items are so good. I also like the floral department, I treat myself to flowers 💐 every once in awhile.

What makes this Jewel so good is the cashier in the front (Delilah) don't miss her act, best customer service ever. I always shop at this Jewel. The employees are like family. Great deals everyday.... It's smaller than the big Jewels, but that's what I like about it. It's easy to navigate and find items easily. I've shopped at this Jewel for 38 years, and wouldn't think of shopping any where else. Thanks Addison Jewel for all that you do!!

So, this past weekend I went to jewel for bounty paper towels and they seemed to be out of stock. I went to the service desk and asked for the manager because i was irritated they were out. The manager, Jennifer came out and spoke with me and was very kind and helpful. She offered me an alternative product and handled herself in a very professional manner. I wanted to write this review to thank her for being so sweet and patient with me because I know i can be very difficult to deal with. thank you Jennifer!

Absolutely love this Jewel-Osco for the cleanliness and stocked shelves.The staff is pleasant and will answer your questions.Every product that you will want is here.Savings are posted clearly and constant.Quick check-out is a plus.Baggers are there to assist you if you need assist to your car.

this is my favorite jewel. they always have my rockstar energy drinks on sale which keeps me coming back. Also, the sensational seafood salad is the best.
Staff are very friendly and i rarely see people who can't count abusing the 10 items or less lane. those people should be fired as customers.
