Rude staff! I went in on 8/15 the cashier was talking on his phone and was helping a woman at the counter. He continued to talk on the phone and looked annoyed we were in there. Then I heard the guy behind the counter tell a woman she was making his life harder because she tried to make a second purchase it was around 620 pm. I just walked out because if he didn’t to help her he obviously didn’t want to help me. Graham’s Bp is right across the street I just went there.

Contacted Buckys and have never heard back.

I was told by one of your employees (Javonte) that I was making his job harder for trying to make a purchase while he was FaceTiming a girl who he was asking out on a date while working the cash register.
I buy 8 packs of cigarettes a week 6 on one card and 2 on another I have never had an issue at this location before. He made me feel as if my money was not worth spending at his location. Two weeks ago he asked me for my number to ask me out on a date I told him I was seeing someone and since that moment he has been nothing but extremely hostile and rude towards me. I don’t understand why my coming in to make a purchase is so inconvenient that it makes his job harder as he told me today. I assumed his job was to help customers not to talk to his friends on FaceTime and make guest uncomfortable by asking them out.

After the way I was treated today I will no longer be shopping at this or any buckys location till I get a formal apology for being treated as a burden for trying to make a purchase at your establishment

Used to come here every night for smokes and a drink of soda. They knew me by name and never carded me. They were always super nice to me.
I stopped coming here because their is always someone new at the counter. So once in a while I come through now.
Just left their 5 mins ago and the cashier was to busy talking on her cell phone, on speaker with her boyfriend or baby daddy. I asked for camel Turkish royals (cigarettes) and had to tell her 4 times cause she couldn't understand or hear me (she didn't care). She continued to talk to her friend on the phone and was dropping the F bomb repeatedly. I told her that when a customer walks into her establishment that she should tell whomever she's on the phone with to hang on then give full attention to the customer. She didn't like that, and then she told me that I wasn't her boss and she could do whatever the F she wanted to do.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION

I worked here about 3 months. We are expected to operate like robots. If you call in sick you will get yelled at and bullied with intimidation.. And the rest if ur work days will be hell.

The manager is unprofessional and loves to point fingers when something goes wrong, hang up on u when the conversation involves her not gettingvher way.

You will not be a valued asset to the company. Instead you will just be a new face to laugh at and blade Blane on.
