They had exactly what I needed as always. The employees were very helpful and knowledgable.

I went looking for a small thermostat cover. They had one but not a Honeywell, which is what I was replacing. My child with a special need smacked and broken it. The store rep checked downtown location and found one. He then gave better idea. A wired or caged cover. We Googled and found sufficient ones. No sale At this location today. Just Excellent Customer Service. The help that I needed came from a very nice man who took an interest into why I was buying a cover. Thanks neighborhood Ace.

Knowledgeable employees helped me find s rews that weren't delivered with my bed purchase! They have them all! Also I get coupons with their reward program. Helps save a couple bucks.

Went to get a filter for my furnace and a washer for my tub and was able to get everything I needed. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and even showed me how to get a discount on my purchase which was very helpful. I will be coming to this location for all my household needs in the future.

I went in knew what I was looking for it wasn't very crowded at all great customer service but just an fyi if u make a purchase there and need to return ur item make sure u have the receipt otherwise u won't be getting a refund and not worth the hassle.....

Ace is definitely the finest and most helpful place of all the hardware places in town...they have the finest grilling accessories and the best wood and charcoal for cooking up something scrumptious

Employees who know what you want

Love going to Ace. They have all the little things that the big box stores don't want to bother with. They have very knowledgeable staff, and know the store well. You may pay a bit more but the customer service is tops.
