Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our server Chloe O was amazing this evening. She definitely made up for our lack of service we had last time. She was very attentive to our table. Our drinks never went empty nor did we have to ask for a refill. Chloe was very prompt, and one of the best servers that we’ve had. I commend her on anytime she brought something to the table, she took away empty cups/dishes on the table. I was also able to share this with her supervisor Teresa/Theresa who was very appreciative of the compliment. She also spoke highly of Chloe O. Keep up the amazing service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our wait staff were friendly and courteous. Orders were taken quickly and delivered in a timely manner with all the dishes nice and hot. The 12oz ribeye steak was very tasty and tender and the mashed potatoes were of a very nice consistency, not runny or lumpy. Everyone else liked their selections as well.

Had dinner at Apple Bees tonight and everything was amazing! Sat at the bar and had the best service. Misty helped us and she had the best attitude. Always checking in and fast with orders and drinks. Food as good as always fresh and hot. 100% recommend.

Bourbon Street Chicken and Shripnis a great dinner. Caesar salad was excellent and our waiter was very pleasant and professional. Thank you, Applebees for a nice dining experience.

We Love Applebee's in Edwardsville! Always clean and floor and tables always neat. Never have had a bad server! Very friendly people and food is Hot and cooked to perfection! I tried the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and idk about u guys, but I hate hard broccoli!!!! I asked for soft 🥦 and got it perfect!!! Juicy grilled chicken!

I order catering often for meetings, and this location never disappoints!! They are always friendly and accommodating. My orders are ready on time, which is very important, and the food is fresh and hot. Thanks for all you guys do for me!!

Me and my spouse went for Veteran's Day so they could finally celebrate and get their free meal.
They ordered the 6 oz steak with mashed potatoes, fries, and a coffee.
I just got a cocktail.

The food was great quality and we enjoyed ourselves. The cocktail was fabulous and well worth the price.

Our server was wonderful, fast, and accurate and very attentive.
The establishment was actively being cleaned while we were there.
And the staff let us go home that night with balloons since it was the end of the night and they'd be thrown out anyway. While the gesture didn't seem like much, it meant a lot.

I recommend this Applebee's location and will visit again.

FRANK SERVED ME AND MY WIFE, HE WAS AMAZING SUPER COOL GUY AND THE COOK WAS A GREAT PERSON ALSO I FELT LIKE I WAS WELCOME THERE..... LOVE THESE GUYS THE BARTENDER EVEN CAME BY AND DROPPED SOME FOOD OFF YOU GUYS ARE A INCREDIBLE TEAM 👍👍👍

Our server AVA S was SUPER TERRIFIC ! She was a very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu! She asked if everything was ok and kept our drinks full!

Great waitress, she made our day! The food was good as well and the service was fast.

I really enjoyed my little moment of self care. I hadn't stepped foot into an Applebee's restaurant in years and I was really surprised to find a freshly updated menu with some choices you wouldn't expect coming out of Applebee's. The Tex Mex Lime shrimp bowl was good the way it came out but adding some fresh squeezed lime over the top pushed it into outer space. I can't wait to get back and try more of the new additions.

Food was good, service was good, bang for your buck was outstanding. In a land filled with tons of options, this one still works for me.

I absolutely love the French onion soup and chicken won ton tacos!!! This particular Applebee's was very well kept and the servers were awesome!! I was shown personal care because of my health, offered without me asking. I would definitely recommend eating here.
