I have been using the Pharmacy at this location for several years, of course sometimes you have to wait, but is in no way the staff's fault. I started taking a new prescription and the pharmacist walked over to me to let me know of the possible side effects. I even received a personal phone call checking on me to make sure I was doing okay with the medication. Great customer care!!

Megan from the pharmacy is OUTSTANDING! As someone with a huge phobia of sharp stuff, she was in and out within the blink of an eye. I was actually surprised by how little it hurt. She was also incredibly patient with my 17 year old sister who was even more nervous than I was. Give that medical professional a RAISE! A million stars from me

The employees were friendly and courteous. I went in to get passport photos taken of my daughter and somewhere on my way home I lost them. I called the store to see if they were there and they took their time to check in the parking lot in case I dropped them on my way out. Even though they were not found I went in the following morning to get new ones printed and realized the employees from the previous night went ahead and made me new prints free of charge.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Luke took especially good care of us! Would highly recommend this Walgreens for their customer service

Great location! The employees are friendly and do their best to take care of their customers.

This location usually has everything that I need. My granddaughter likes to look at the make-up and for her, it has a good selection. The lines can get a little too busy and should have more people to check you out or a self check would be a great idea! Overall, when I am in the area and need something I will shop here.

Has a Take Care Clinic and friendly staff.

I constantly have problems with prescriptions here. I have prescriptions I submit days ahead of time and they still fail to get it done by the time I'm out of medications. I end up having to call several times and now they've managed to get all of my medications refilling on various dates in a week so I'm having to coming in 3-4 times a week depending on what meds are being changed. I called the 800# to let them know so maybe the store management could help streamline things. No response except they gave me some of their rewards points.

The drive through at times can be 4-5 cars long and it just seems like they do not have enough staff. I've called their 800# after they made a serious error and nobody bothered to follow through. I'll do them a favor and lessen the demand on their pharmacy.

A tip for management: have your staff smile. They may be busy but smiling can improve customer perception as I see them rarely be friendly with others while I'm stuck waiting in their mini-lobby.

Today I had yet another issue and I attempted to offer the solution since I actually called the company who provides a coupon for me and the pharmacist basically barked at me.

If it wasn't for the fact Walgreens has stores everywhere I'd leave them for another chain. I just don't want to risk the chance of not being able to get medication if needed. This is the only pharmacy I've had so much difficultly with or even friendly staff. Your staff at the front checkout are friendly so that's why you didn't get 1 star.

This store routinely has items for clearance so watch and you can save extra money. Just have to be patient.

I did leave one thing out. Now that the Health Clinic is managed by SSM it is leaps better than the previous company working here! It is a busy one so you may have to look at other nearby ones if you are in a rush. I added a star back to 3 stars because of the new clinic changes. Thank you Walgreens and SSM!

Here’s a customer service tip- do not wait on 6 cars in the drive through as the come and go over a 10 min period, while 5 people have been actually standing in line before -waiting on one of your staff to pour and mix a solution for a customer at the counter.
Take the counter and drive through in the order they were there whether the “counter” is your responsibility that day or not.
Thanks for considering this change for customer satisfaction- those 5 individuals waiting were not happy and not fairly considered.
