BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! SARAH, THE SALES ASSOCIATE ASSISTING ME MULTIPLE TIMES, FOUND ITEMS THAT WERE OUTDATED AND I DID NOT THINK COULD BE FOUND! THE TIME ON MY RECEIPT IS WELL AFTER CLOSING TIME AND SARAH NEVER BROUGHT IT UP ONCE! I WILL GO BACK TO OFFICE MAX IN GLENN CARBON ANY TIME, FOR ANYTHING, AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME!

Went in the store, had about 45 minutes to get some printing done. A new employee ( training ) approached, I told him what I needed. Manager ( Robert ) helped me and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. They are very efficient and took the time to help. I would recommend going to this store.

Gabby was super friendly and kind. She was a great help.

Needed some pdf's printed with special requirements. The staff did an excellent job.

OfficeMax is a business one-stop shop with printing, faxing, and Fedex drop-off services on-site. Their business supplies and equipment are pretty comprehensive.

I used the online service to print my wedding programs. I got a call when I did a test print, and they told me that I needed to rearrange the order of the pages. I was glad I tried only one, and I was glad they called. When I sent over the final draft, Marissa called and found 3 typos. I was so glad that she called. I was able to email a new draft, and it was such a smooth process! Plus, she wrote congratulations on my box which was such a nice touch!

I had trouble ordering address labels online. I came into the store in Glen Carbon, and Caitlin not only helped me, but printed the necessary labels while I was there. So helpful!
Every time I go to OfficeMax, I am greeted and the workers are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the service I receive at OfficeMax.

I always shop for my office supplies at Office Depot. The people are super helpful whether I'm shopping for furniture, supplies or need print services. Most recently I needed a desk chair. Sue was very patient and helped me look for the exact chair I saw online. And shout out to the young man that loaded the items in my trunk. Didn't get his name but he has worked there a while.

Over the years, they always have the items I need IN STOCK. I love their sales, discounts and rewards program too. I've been able to select some nice freebies due to their rewards program. 😉 I definitely recommend shopping there for your business needs.

The sales associate JAMES— that works the FedEx ship center side of the building has been the ONLY one, out of five different FedEx locations to actually help me. He was kind, considerate, helpful, and he listened. I told him I would leave a good review and he gave me his QR code to do a survey, however I don’t have a receipt as I did not purchase anything.

Returning things from Christmas is a literal nightmare anymore. Buying online and making returns, to only give you QR CODES— when no fedex or usps center will take the QR codes. I expressed my aggravation to James and he listened, called a couple of stores that would help me and ACTUALLY got an answer.

One of the associates at my local store went above and beyond in helping me find what I needed. His willingness to help me was so appreciated. That kind of personal service is so rare today. It was a total pleasure to shop there.

I’ve always shop this store. Employees are so friendly and very helpful. I’m deaf. They have patience with me and accept take notes. I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Glen Carbon Illinois location has the sweeties employees. I was walked out to my car and a supervisor carried the printer I bought. Wish all stores where this nice.
