FFC Park Ridge

As much as I love the South Loop Location, this one is amazing as well. Super clean, great atmosphere, clean pools, huge parking. Thank you so much to the General Manager for making this club outstanding.
Also, the child care center here is very professional, you won’t have to worry about your little ones when you are working out.

Great experience as usual at FFC. I want to take a second to show some appreciation for Eric at the front desk. I recently got a new phone and had trouble signing into the app, all I asked for was to get signed in manually. He went ahead and got me my account login information. In a world where many do the bare minimum Eric is distinguishing himself as someone who goes above and beyond. Thank you brother.

Top notch health club with many amenities including free parking. Excellent staff, 10 minutes from O'Hare Airport.

I had a wax appointment with Jennifer at the salon. She was very professional and kind. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions! She was a delight and made the experience super easy. I will defintiely be coming back to her again!

Great place to work out. I love they have a steam room, hot tub and swimming pool.

I was a member hear in the past the gym is super clean the members are very friendly and the staff always takes care of any problem or concern you have as a member.

I had an excellent full-body massage last night at FFC - Park Ridge !!! It was a fantastic massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. I will be going back! ...

I joined earlier this year and I couldn’t be more pleased. The main reason I joined was for the Pilates training and it does not disappoint. I’ve been working with Shanna T. And it’s been an awesome experience. She’s positive, a good motivator, and most importantly - she laughs at my jokes. J/K… workout routines can be a drag sometimes. But not with Shanna it’s a very fun and positive experience.

I love coming here for so many reasons. I wish I would have joined earlier. I’ve been a member for 13 months. It’s not that expensive if you consider everything they have to offer. I attend a lot of their group classes and the instructors seem to be in sync and very professional. I have taken the most challenging classes ever here and it has totally changed me. They have plenty of machines to offer if you do not want group classes. The bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean. I love the pool and the pool bar. Every employee is friendly. Every instructor is properly trained. A lot of parking. Overall it’s the best workout facility on the NW side so far.

I’ve been a member of FFC for years. This location is the best by far. Great staff. Nice variety of classes and equipment. You pay for what you get and their service is worth it. Clean gym space and locker room. Very nice pools, the outdoor pool is my fave since it’s adults only. One of my favorite things is after a nice work out are the chilled eucalyptus towels. Parking is never a problem. It does get pretty busy from 5-7pm, so if you don’t like crowds that much just show up at a different time.

Great staff great ambience, beautiful pool indoors and out great equipment, fantastic trainers, awesome juice and smoothie bar/café impeccably clean locker rooms and rainhead showers. Pretty much a dream!!!😘

FFC Park Ridge is an amazing gym, and gym experience. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, everyone is kind, friendly and genuine. The trainers are all amazing, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The Cafe has incredible food, the spa has everything you need to get you feeling right. One of the best, cleanest, well kept gyms around! Everyone pitches in and takes care of the gym with love and passion, and you can tell from the second you walk in.

I enjoy everything about this place, from the plethora of options in fitness equipment to the heated yoga studio. ESPECIALLY Tiffany at the Spa. My skin has gone to a complete glow up since I’ve been seeing her and she does all of my waxing too! Super friendly, attentive and flexible. Even if you don’t have a membership you can still have full access to the spa, highly recommend!

I come here religiously to see Tiffany at the Spa, I've been her client for 2 years now and love her. She is amazing at giving facials, I call them her "magical fingers". So sweet, friendly and makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you see her, very professional. She is very knowledgeable about the skin and suggests what kind of products I should use for my skin type. I tell all my friends to come see her and I also brought my mom and she loved it! We are definitely going to be life long clients.

I am very happy with this gym. Very clean, staff is polite. However, please do something about the amount of teenagers that work out on the floor. They def need to be policed more. Weights are left everywhere on the floor in addition to hoarding them all -while they gather in groups & chat or spend time on their phones for minutes. Not to mention that they don’t respect any of the CDC guidelines. With that being said, thank you FFC Park Ridge

Great facility with exceptional cardio options and a great variety of classes and equipment.

The gym tends to get busier around 5pm but this is typical of most gyms.

great gym with a lot of amenities. not super crowded depending on the time. indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna. has a rockwall. highly recommend

We love FFC! We love the included group classes and the variety of machines and weights. We liked how new and well kept everything was at first. The staff is always friendly and we have enjoyed purr trainers.

**Update, after management response, I have observed the described repairs and cleanings. Thank you for listening to your customers, that's why we are sticking with FFC! I have changed my review to 5 stars.**

That said, after it's been open for a year, it seems that maintenance had taken a dip. The sink handles fall down after turning on the water on multiple sinks, showers have many different broken soap holders and some broken shower handles, and the hot tub is grimy in the corners with hair balls floating around. The value of the membership is starting to drop below what we're paying, so we're considering finding somewhere else.
