PowHERhouse Fitness Studio

This place has undoubtedly changed my life for the better. What began as an attempt to just find some more movement in my life has now become an absolutely essential part of my routine and maintenance of my physical and mental health. The variety of classes and quality instructors make the time fly by and I genuinely look forward to this part of my day! Since joining PowHERhouse, I've gained so much strength and stamina. I've tried plenty of gyms, fitness studios and classes, and this one blows them all away. If you're thinking about it, just go for it - You won't regret it.

THE BEST WORKOUT EVER. I’m beyond obsessed with PowHerhouse! Their virtual content is fabulous and is the only thing getting me through this pandemic. After trying every type of virtual workout (Barry’s, equinox, peloton, etc.) I’ve found the best one out there! Thank you for being my bright spot in a dark time.
