Fountain Square on the River

I have to comment again about our property manager, Glenn Fitch. With the 100 degree heat wave we’ve had this summer, Glenn had the foresight to maintain our a/c system BEFORE the worst of the weather. Fountain Square and my unit have been an oasis from the oven outside. Thank you Glenn.

Fountain Square is the perfect place to live. It is right on the Riverwalk and located in downtown Elgin. But the best thing about this community is the property manager - Glenn Fitch. Always has a smile and goes out of his way to find a solution to a problem.

I lived at Fountain Square for 2 years and absolutely loved the apartment and the location. The 1 bedroom was spacious with high end finishes with minimal/no maintenance work during the 2 years. Property Manager Glenn Fitch has been of great assistance throughout my stay. Everyone in the building has been warm and cheerful, and I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who decides to stay in Elgin.

Fountain Square on the River has been our home for over 5 years. Our Property Manager Glenn Fitch has done a wonderful job serving this rental/condo community. He responds quickly and efficiently to our work request and has made us feel at home at all times. My wife and I have rented for over 25 years and this has been the best rental experience we have ever had. We have a beautiful 1500sq foot unit with 2.5 baths priced just right for retirees like my wife and myself. It is the best place to rent in Elgin for sure. We have our own laundry room which my love loves and it is all one floor with plenty of balcony space.

I loved my apartment at Fountian Square. Their units are not your average apartment units. Higher end finishes like granite and 42 inch cabinets, solids core doors. These little things make it feel like a quality home. I had indoor parking and loved having an assigned space. Property Manager is great - has an office in the building and very responsive. The neighborhood has a great urban feel with restaurants and bars close by, and there were several buildings close by being redeveloped when I moved. I had to move out of state after one year, and now I’m in a cookie-cutter apartment and miss my Fountain Square space so much.
I highly recommend this building.

Loved living at Fountain Square apartments, the building is very well maintained and clean which was great when we were looking for apartments, some of the hallways were very dark and didn’t smell very good, not Fountain Square like I said they keep it very clean! Definitely 5 stars!

My now-husband (moved in as fiances, now newlyweds!) have lived here for almost two years now and absolutely love it! The location is excellent - I can walk to the gym (or run/bike along the river), grocery store, hair salon, library, and several restaurants, and new businesses are popping up. Our balcony view makes us feel like we live in a city, and the big windows and natural lighting were a huge selling point for us. The building is safe, secure, and well-maintained. It's hard to find a place like this in the suburbs, but I think it's the best the area has to offer!

We are just about ready to move into Fountain Square on the River from Southern California. Katie Lange has made the transition flawless. She is hardworking, fun, and extremely professional. She responds immediately to questions and concerns that we might have. We love our new apartment and love the location in Elgin. The neighborhood is incredible and offers almost everything imaginable within walking distance. Thanks Katie for making this move so easy. At Fountain Square you get a lot of amenities for a very reasonable price.
