We come to Ace Hardware often to pick up our supplies for our landscape company, the plumbing and electrical parts we need to build our swimming pools and the service is friendly and they are usually available to help the store is clean and most of the time the parking is acceptable

Great experience!
So me and my brother came in with his electric longboard to get bigger screws because the manufacturer put in the wrong ones so they were loose. We couldn't find any that would fit so Adam helped us find a tap that would let us create new threading to fit bigger screws and it worked like a charm. Huge thanks to Adam. Saved the day for us. Thank you!

From toilet bowl gaskets to pine wood derby cars this place has a ton packed into a small package. I usual come here to refill my propane tanks for the bbq but can’t pass up finding those hard to find nuts and bolts they got in the back in the bulk section They are also a STIHL dealer Great place and a staff is excellent more than helpful

They were so beyond helpful, I was looking for some plexiglass for a cutom picture frame and they jumped to help me out and even found a scrap piece in the back that fit my frame! I'd give more stars if I could.

This place has a little bit of everything. A little pricy but worth the small store convenience. There are plenty of Ace employees willing to help and answer questions. They also conveniently refill butane tanks. I could look for hours in this small place!

Awesome employees. They were very kind and considerate helping me try to figure out the right size bolt and nut my car needed, even coming out to the parking lot to take a closer look with me. I only caught Kit's name, but the gentlemen at the front and the other lady's helping out were all smiles and very helpful.

Costomer service was great! Parts are a little on the pricey-er side, but pretty much all the stuff that's over there looks pretty quality!

Nicholas was awesome! Helped me find what I needed and was patient while I counted change to pay.

My husband sent me to Ace to pick up a part to fix our sink and that was my husband's mistake. I had the female manager (can't remember her name) help me find the part and show me less expensive parts that worked just as good or better for the job. She knows her parts. As I was heading to the checkout I found so many cute and fun things to buy. And not expensive either. I will be back to buy my friends and family Christmas gifts. I loved how the store was clean, organized and decorated. I liked how all the employees had masks on. It was also a comfortable temperature, since wearing a mask makes you hotter than normal. I had a pleasant experience and my husband was surprised when I got home with 2 bags of goodies and his part.
Thanks Ace. You're now one of my #1stores to shop.

Incredible hometown service!!!! Knowledgeable employees who knew everything about the grills we were looking at. They took the time to go into detail about the features, the accessories, everything. Totally engaged workforce!!! Plus got a great deal with extras, free assembly, free delivery! Told them I preferred a certain color...no problem...they’d go get that one from Spanish Fork. Said they’d “make it happen” today and they did! Couple hours later they are delivering my grill fully assembled. They even installed the extra shelf we had gotten earlier and installed once they got the grill off the truck. They took the time to tell us a couple important things that people sometimes miss at first. You don’t see service like this these days! I’m 100% satisfied with this great little store and the fantastic people there!!

I needed a tarp and a new battery for my key fob. Me not really knowing much about what battery my key needs, the guy there was really helpful in picking the right battery, installing it for me and testing it to make sure it worked before I bought it. Really great customer service. Also had several cute house keys made which was at a good price too and was fast :)

I went in to make some keys and the people were helpful and friendly. I got my key done in short order and didn't have to wait.

I HATE GOING INTO ACE BECAUSE I WANT TO BUY THE WHOLE STORE!!!! JUST LOVE THE QUALITY AND JUST HOW MANY AMAZING THINGS THEY HAVE IN ONE STORE... ITS LIKE A MANS NIGHT OUT OF SHOPPING WITH THE BOYS!!!

Every time I am in Ace's I am impressed with how attentive the staff if. Bob especially has been so generous with his time and helped me get some rusted-on screws off my car so I could put my new license plate on. It took him about half an hour kneeling on the concrete outside in the hot sun, and even though I went in to buy something to take care of it, he just did it for me. This is the best hardware store in Utah Valley if you ask me. I never go to Lowe's or Home Depot because the service is pretty bad especially at Lowe's, where, more often than not the employees seem annoyed that I'm asking them where to find something. At Home Depot they are so busy. Ace's is the way to go! Always friendly and the fact that it's smaller is actually great. Unless you need loads of lumber or a new air conditioner or something, Ace's has pretty much everything you'd need including appliances for lawn care. etc.

Customer service is consistently good. On a recent trip someone went the extra mile to help me find the exact right screws for a project. Pleased that they carry a few bike essentials, like a selection of lights. Hours are good, location is very convenient.

Got the hardware I was after. Some tiny screws that they Don't carry at the Big Orange box store...they weren't what I would consider cheap, but they weren't overpriced either. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Over all it was a more positive experience than I was expecting from Ace Hardware.
