Mike Matthews was great! Super friendly and checked me in quickly. I had quite the list of services and each concern was addressed. My technician Jason was amazing and my vehicle was finished on time as promised. All around great visit.

Randy McGee was fantastic; friendly, respectful, not pushy and informative. My husband and I felt like we weren't being taken advantage of and left with a new vehicle. I would highly recommend him (them).

Our 20! year old Malibu was taken care of promptly and well. No extras pushed on us, and the pricing was fair.
We even got to bring our 14 YO blind dog with us and he was greeted with smiles and even offers of water :-) Very helpful.

The service was great. The guy in the parts department was very helpful and the mechanic who installed the part in my car was great. They got me in the same day and got the job done quickly. Very nice people over there. Would definitely recommend bringing your car or truck here.

Bobby was just amazing. Not only did he kept me updated on the truck. But he came in on his day off. I didn't get there until 7pm. He was patient and very kind. I will send all my friends and family to him. He did over sell us. I ended up getting a different truck. But it was so worth it.

Alex and Gretchen in service were most helpful in determining my needs for service on a vehicle I purchased out of state.
Parts was also helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Coke was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process & even assisted me with setting up all of the personalized features of my new vehicle before I left. Eddie Iniguez was great. I had some warranty issues that disclosed some hidden damage from a previous accident. He worked tirelessly to help me discover a solution as well as holding the vehicle until I could find/make resolutions. He even worked with a body shop to help with quoting the hidden damage.
I applaud the technician too who worked hard at fixing my vehicle while going the extra mile to find the source of the problem.

Outstanding emergency repair service on a Saturday morning: I was visiting the area for an extended weekend 800 miles from home, when on Friday evening the dash showed a check engine light, the information center warned about a transmission issue. First thing Saturday morning I called Biggers, and spoke with Mike, the service manager, who said they were booked up, but would be willing to check the diagnostic trouble codes. I arrived at Biggers, and noticed that the repair shop was very large, busy, clean, and well organized. The assistant service manager, also named Mike, checked the codes, showing issues with the transmission. He conferred with their transmission technician, who advised to either leave or tow the car, as there could be potential for a catastrophic failure. While we were waiting for a rental car, Mike came out to say that he'd found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the problem with the recommended fix being to load new software on the transmission control module. I agreed to go ahead; they did the recommended service, and 45 minutes later the car was back on the road. In the 1000 miles I've driven since, the car has been perfect. I really appreciate Mike going out of his way to fit in a stranded out-of-towner for an emergency repair on a busy Saturday morning. If I were local, I'd definitely be back for future service work.

Let me say, in general I HATE dealerships. I hate all the additional pressures of being sold to and on top of an already stressful process. We stumbled on to Biggers after absolutely appalled by Ziegler Chevy in Schaumburg. We were wandering the lot noticing how many more trucks and new vehicles Biggers had than any other dealer we visited, when we encountered Bobby Mengler, who I find hard to call a “salesmen.” He seemed more like a friend we ran into while car shopping. For the first time, we felt like someone was actually interested in helping us find what we want rather than trying to shoving us into a car for the sake of selling a car. I know how rare it is in the current auto market to walk into a lot and find exactly what you want, but on top of having the truck my husband desired, it WASNT overly priced or marked up by $14,000+ like everyone else taking advantage of the inflated market. The process of purchasing the vehicle after that was flawless and everyone else we encountered was equally as impressive as Bobby. They were transparent, showing us the actually financing paperwork, rather than scratching numbers on a pre-printed form, hiding where they moved money around. In the end we walked out with our new 2022 Silverado and beyond grateful for The Biggers team that fought to help us get the rate and monthly payment we fit into our budget. Honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. That’s not an exaggeration. I would recommend them 1000X over.

Bought a lot of cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the easiest purchase yet. Our salesman Todd Sauer was absolutely fantastic. He listened to our concerns and our wants and presented us with options. He didn't just push one vehicle. The sales manager Joe was exceptional as well. One exchange of a financial "deal" and we were done. Once we agreed upon a truck and price we were out the door in about 1 hour. Everything about this purchase felt good. No buyers remorse the next morning or didn't leave saying I think I could have done better. Will absolutely be back.

I brought my Equinox in without an appointment and Mike Matthews took care of me. Being a holiday weekend , I was in no hurry getting my vehicle back.
When Tuesday came, Mike called me and explained the work needed and said he would get it started ASAP.
I had my vehicle back on Wednesday.
Everything was explained to me and done correctly.
Biggers service department has never let me down.
