Excellent dinner! Service was exceptional and food was delicious. Great portions and dessert was awesome.

First visit at Sea Dog and we were glad we made it a late lunch because the service was quick and food delivery even faster, probably because we ordered fish and fries and the haddock tacos. Also, the fried pickles were to die for. A little pricey but we don't eat out often so worth it. Will be back again.

The waiter who served us was super friendly and nice. The drinks and food were delicious as well. We were able to bring our dogs and had a great time on our last night in Maine. If we ever are in the area again, we will definitely be there again.

We stopped here for a quick dinner before heading up the road to see a concert.

The waitress kindly let us know that there was a more limited menu, due to it being a concert night, but that was fine with us. We sat outside on the deck, enjoying the summer night and water view. Our waitress was friendly, helpful, and took our order promptly.

It might have been basic food that was ordered- one sea dog stacker and one bbq cheddar stacker - but the burgers were cooked perfectly. And the fries - soooo good!

Highly recommend stopping here before a concert; the service was quick and food arrived promptly.

Loved the food here. I had the steak tip poutine, and for an appetizer, we had the wontons, and they were both amazing. The server was awesome and attentive. My water glass never went empty, and empty plates were quickly taken off the table. The view is incredible as it is located right off of the river. I highly recommend the place if you're visiting bangor.

Beautiful view on the water. Staff was super friendly and service was amazing. The food was delicious and loved the Sunfish beer. I got a pan blackened haddock Caesar salad. Fish cooked well and a nice dressing. The pretzels were very good and the mustard and beer cheese were delicious.

Was visiting from New Brunswick and it looked like a great location to eat on the patio and look over the waterfront. Service was amazing!! Thank you Tara for our best dining experience while in Bangor. Good food, served quickly and wonderful atmosphere

Sunday lunch

Great food, good beer. They split our meal and we each had plenty of food !! Flight was 5 tastings - all good. The hazelnut was very interesting, like a dessert beer. Sat outside with a very nice view of the river.

Sat on the patio & had the BEST server, Cam! Lobster rolls-warm & cold + the lobster Benedict were delicious. Blueberry beer was great! Kids mac n cheese was good too. Highly recommend.

Stopped by for a late lunch and I’m glad we did - the food was delicious. I got the berry & goat cheese salad, which was super fresh. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their food as well. Service was very fast!

Had the calamari, and as someone who is a serious cephlapod lover, as well as a spice lover, this dish is perfect for anyone who likes the same. The calamari is perfectly cooked and is tender and sweet, matched perfectly with the right type of batter to compliment the texture, and beautifully cooked, color and taste complimentary peppers add depth and balance to the delicate flavor of the squid, I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could! A delectable, harmonious treat not to be overlooked, because they do it right, and when you're right, you're RIGHT. (Props to Dan who hooked up the calamari, you're awesome!) Also, sweet potato fries are on point, baked haddock is in it's own realm of umami and their Reuben is absolutely top notch. Their mushroom sacchetti is rich and decadent and my most recommended pasta. They also cook "cleaner" food. I have a rather sensitive stomach combined with gastric issues and their food has never agitated any of my sensitivities. All around lovely place, would recommend and I'm admittedly super critical so if I'M saying that, take some solid advice and do business here. Cheers!

Great place! We were on the patio and enjoyed a nice evening with good beer. Staff is kind and friendly, food is tasty and the view on the river made the moment even better!

Big shout out to Sea Dog Brewing for making my hubby's 60th birthday so special. We had a large party & Sarah our server was amazing! The food was out of this world and everyone loved it!! My favorite was the Blue Paw blueberry beer and the naked lobster 🦞 roll served warm was the best I ever had!! I would highly recommend this place any time but especially for a party 🥳🎉

Had some time before a flight, it’s hot out, better hydrate. Sea Dog.

Pleasantly surprised, it’s a big spot, nice indoor bar, plenty of seating, restaurant tables AND outside tables and bar.

We grabbed a pair of bar seats. Nice view of the river, taps labeled nicely, and a bartender. He went over a few beers, the Blue Paws was their flagship. Hmm. There’s an orange too. A couple of tasters, I went Belgian with the orange. Very good. Beer is a personal taste, he gave me options and tastes. Pro.

Didn’t have any food. But it looked good.

Worthwhile stop.

We stopped in for a Sunday brunch. The table had creme brulee French toast, the Greek scramble, and biscuits and gravy. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was prompt and pleasant. Parking was readily available. The views were fantastic, as always. We will definitely be stopping by again.

Nice bar inside and out. Roomie inside. Outside has decent heaters and is covered to enjoy even early fall nights by the river. Food is good. Beer is always refreshing. Fish in the fish tacos was seasoned perfectly. Only thing is tacos come with cilantro but only seemed to be garnished with cilantro.

I've been here twice in the last 3 days for lunch. I often ask for unusual combinations when I order a sandwich. I am sort of a Reuben connoisseur and like to mix up my protein choices. I asked for a blackened haddock filet instead of the sliced pastrami that is often the usual. The sandwich was absolutely amazing with just the right amount of saurekraut balanced with thousands Is. dressing. The marbled rye bread was nicely toasted and held up well with the moist ingredients. The haddock was perfectly cooked and succulent beyond belief. What a well balanced sandwich! The best I have had since a chunked corned beef brisket reuben up in whitewater Wisconsin. The sweet potatoes fries were awesome too. Page, our waitress, was very accommodating with my unusual requests and even had extra blueberries added to my Blueberry ale. All around a great experience! Thanks to Page for an extraordinary meal and service!

We are here working. This was a fantastic place for some great food and to just relax after work.

Our first ever trip to Maine and had to try Sea Dog. I got the fried scallops, came with fries and slaw….DELICIOUS! Also tried 5 beers in a flight. The blood orange was out of this world…need to try to find that at home for sure. Was like orange juice beer..:)

Totally recommend, the view on the patio is great!

3 persons incl kid. There is a great waterfront view. Portions are huge! Fish and chips are fresh and juicy. Scallops - 👍👍👍Lobster biscuit is cooked with real lobster 🦞! 👍👍👍
Cider is so good! Beer doesn’t need any comments!
