I came in as a walk in for my 2 kittens. It was a bit late however, I expressed my concerns and the front desk took us in. We waited in the waiting room and the staff was amazing. Very nice and helpful and filled with a lot of knowledge. The doctor was very careful and very detailed with explaining and answering all my questions and concerns. PS I was there with my children and the clinic was definitely kid friendly as well! Thank you :)

Dr. Dillon is great and actually cares and doesn’t try and push you to pay for other things that you come originally for with your pet. Very good Doctor and he will be my go to for my dog Bentley moving forward. Very nice newer facility and clean and great staff:)👍👍

I came in as a walk in and walked out as a new customer! My miniature schnauzer needs bladder stone removal and my recent vet was asking close to $2500!! They say get a second opinion, so I did! Same surgery at THIS clinic will be under $600! Please note, every situation and surgery is different, so you need to go in for an evaluation, and this post should NOT be used as an estimate. I’m just saying THIS vet IS economical!!

I had to take our sick dog who wasn’t eating, vomiting and overall lethargic. Dr. Dhillion ran a serious of tests including X-ray, labs, and supplemented him with IV fluids and IV and subcutaneous antibiotics after wbc returned high. The vet technicians quoted me and contacted me prior to initiating any treatment. Yes, it can get pricey but I didn't feel that the doctor would just run any additional or unnecessary tests if he wasn’t concerned. Everyone from the vet technicians to the doctor seemed concerned for our Andy and were very pleasant, professional, and explained throughly. It is a walk-in clinic for pets and I did witness an influx of walk ins and phone calls while I sat there, deferring the pet owner to another local hospital. Some tend to get upset as they are deferred to another clinic/hospital but one thing to keep in mind (just like human healthcare) is everyone is working hard, endlessly and not enough time and staff in a day to continue seeing patients 24/7 as this isn’t a 24 hour hospital and the doctor already has full schedule for the day. Thank you guys and Dr. Dhillion for helping out our dog and our previous two dogs that have passed away.

Awesome service and loved the Doctor. This is our fist puppy so we had many questions and she took her time and answer everything. Our little puppy loved the doctor and the Nurse . Even when they face her her vaccines the Doctor was loving and very kind . By the way our puppy is only 2 months and weighs 1.52 lbs . Thank you again fir all your help, we are so glad we are now part of your family. Thanks Dr Saldua😍

I am happy to say that the doctor here and staff's are lovely. This place is cozy ,clean and prices are reasonable and on schedule. I feel safe and confident for my fur baby in the care of this provider.

I Love this place is clean the staff are so Kind the doctor are kind with the Pets and dogs I give 5 stars because have like Food my cat was give a vaccine the Other day and they give like a food for bé a food cat and also speak spanish

I take my dog there. Very professional. My dog gets very nervous when he has to go to the vet, but they treat him nice and take their time to get to know him. I will keep bringing my dog to them. They helped me out when my dog was attacked by a pitbull.

This might be a long one but it’s worth it. I had my kitten Oliver get neutered here around April ish I’m not sure when to be honest. Simple easy and everyone was super nice. He wasn’t due for his vaccinations until August and when I got my new Kitten Nova I was going to go back and kill two birds with one stone when he was ready and when she was older to get spayed. Until then, out of sight out of mind. Unfortunately my Ollie passed away last month. It was at an over night at a completely different facility and I didn’t think that the news would get back to them. Tonight I saw that they sent a letter with hand written notes and my heart melted. I know it was a moment they took to send that kind of love and to be honest with so much going on around me it was nice to remember that he had always been surrounded by love in more places than his home. It was a simple thing on their end but to think that even though that they were a back of my head thing, they definitely have love. I’m going back with my Nova Bean and I’m super grateful for them to help me remember the love in Ollie’s life. Thank you so much to you all 🤍

I am so happy I found a GREAT animal clinic near my house! They are polite on the phone, kind, very helpful and professional in their service. The lady, Leslie, who preps the animals before the veterinarian sees it, was kind and interacted with my parrot when we walked into the room. She was very nice! Leslie also works as a front desk assistant and is GREAT there as well! Dr. Lakhwinder did a GREAT job in trimming my bird's nails, beak and wings! He took his time, and it showed me that he cared. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT ELGIN ANIMAL CLINIC! GREAT JOB AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you all so much!!!

Have been taking my dogs here for years. From major to minor issues, they have always been great. They also don't overcharge for their services.

Thank you EAC for your great service. We recently had to put our baby down. This is the place we chose and very satisfied with the service we received. From the moment we walked in the receptionist noticed how sad we were about the situation and immediately put us in a room. Let us say our goodbyes as long as we needed to and weeks later even sent us a card with beautiful messages of condolences. Thank you for everything. My husband and I have nothing negative to say about this office. For sure recommend 👍🏼

We have always been treated with respect. We have unfortunately lost 3 dogs in the last 2 years and the staff was nothing but kind and supportive.
