We love the river walk! Paved and great for walking or taking a dog. Gorgeous no matter the time of the year and it’s always kept very clean. My favorite parts are the beautiful gardens and watching the fog roll on the river - plus sometimes you can listen to concerts from the other side of the river!

I walked the full Brewer Riverwalk today with my dog and what an amazing, delightful area! It is about 1.1 miles (2.2 miles round-trip) and is very well-thought-out with tons of benches and picnic tables scattered along the way. I was really impressed with the beautiful landscaping of rock, green grass and flowers. Another pleasant surprise was the number of tables that were set up with chess pieces. There's a lovely flower garden area, a bridge by a small waterfall and bike parking. The Riverwalk also seemed to be handicap friendly with its wide, flat walkways and meandered past two lovely restaurants with what appeared to be dog-friendly patio seating (High Tide and Mason's Brewing). Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful little walk along the Brewer waterfront. Easy, paved path. Benches and grassy spots. Granite steps to a kayak/canoe launch. Children's flower garden. Granite chess/checker stations.

Loved it before for an easy, quick walk, but love it more since it has been extended under the bridge towards the old bridge/railroad track bridge. And if you are walking on a weekend night during the summer months, you may catch a band playing at the High Tide Restaurant and Bar or you can listen to a concert across the river.

I went over and sat in the parking lot overlooking the trail and river and drank my coffee. I useily see it from the bangor waterfront side. There are two nice places to park or have a picnic on bangor side.

Lots to see here. A little beach, some friendly ducks, a children's garden, small waterfall, excellent landscaping, stroller and wheelchair accessible.

This is a truly peaceful and super comfortable Riverwalk and the view of the Bangor skyline on a sunny or a snowy day looks like something out of a postcard/Christmas greeting card! The best time of the year to explore this place is definitely on the middle of the Summer when it’s between 75 and 85 and sunny! There are two restaurants at the Riverwalk which are filled with people in their outdoor dining areas during the summer months! When the Riverwalk begins, the first restaurant has a musician in the outdoor dining area performing classic rock songs form the 60s and 70s!!!! I highly recommend this as a truly recreational thing to do immediately outside of Bangor!

So clean and peaceful! I love coming here in the late afternoon with my boys and riding our longboards along the river. There are always families out walking and tons of cute dogs. You can also hear the concert venue across the river on show nights.

Far superior to the Bangor River walk where the homeless are encouraged to congregate.

Such a beautiful walk anytime of day. The tides make every day unique. It’s nice to see the walk used by so many people and their dogs

Beautiful, especially in the evening! Even on a weekend evening in summer, we had it mostly to ourselves. Free parking is available in a gravel lot at the south end of the path.
