Bangin' Whoopie

The sweet smells of baking hit me the minute I walked into this adorable shop in this spectacularly equally adorable town. The flavors of this Maine delicacy were mindblowing! I chose orange and lemon because I have never seen these flavors before in Whoopies. The store also carries cool Maine souvenirs and felt homey and Maine nice 💜

This place has everything. Whoopies of every flavor. Small ones. Large ones. Lollipop whoopies. Magnets. Gifts. Natual soaps. Funny candles. Plus coffee and nice service. Could have not asked for a better place to take all my money.

Holyyyyyyyyyy moly. Drop everything and come here! What a gem! Stopped in our our vacation en route to Acadia Park. Best Whoopie Pies of my life and they are mostly all vegan? Score! I pre ordered a bunch online and they were all waiting for pick up ;) They also froze beautifully and we still have a few to enjoy in time. They defrost and are just as good as they were fresh!

Brought my son and his girlfriend here and they tried the Lemon Poppyseed and Blueberry Lemonade version...both were thumbs up. I stuck with the Plain Jane and wasn't disappointed.

We are from the Pacific Northwest, so when we arrived to visit the daughter who has moved here, we were told we HAD to try Whoopie pie. We found this place and are happy we did! So many choices of flavors/combinations, clean and comfortable ambience, friendly cashier... And... Delicious!

This place was excellent- the pies are NOT TOO SWEET which is awesome. They also have a mostly vegan selection which means that the lactose intolerant and milk allergic amongst us can finally have dessert!!

We were in town and wanted to bring home something from Maine and this shop was a wonderful find. We liked the whoopie pies that we bought and ate the same day and we also took some home a few days later for the rest of our family. Everyone really enjoyed their pies. I tried the Blueberry Pancake which was surprisingly delicious! We will return when we're back in the area.

Awesome whoopie pies! So many flavors to choose from. We used to get our whoopies from Mardens but since they dont carry them anymore we decided to try this store out and we will definitely come back when we visit again! We are also going to get some shipped to our house in Florida soon! Highly recommend!

All I can say is that if you've never been here before, you're really missing out! We stopped by for the very first time with my cousins when they were here visiting from Florida this past week and were blown away by the massive selection of whoopie pie flavors. I never knew it was possible to have so many! We all purchased several to take home and my official favorite is the "PB & that F Word." It tastes absolutely sinful and I must have it again! Myself, my husband, my cousins, and my parents all loved our tasty treats. We will definitely be returning!

One of our family favorites.They have a good variety of flavors and staff always have a smile and seem to be happy. It has a welcoming vibe. I personally love the blueberry cheesecake whoopie and pumpkin chocolate chip w/cream cheese filling whoopie. Definitely a nice treat for everyone.

I also like that the whoopie pies aren't overwhelmingly sweet.

Nice little place, fantastic whoopie pies, probably the best I've had in Maine! Dine-in (air-conditioned) and patio dining available. They also sell a few drinks and, I think, pickles.

Still, came here for the whoopie pies and was not disappointed.

Plus, most are Vegan (Egg and Dairy free!)

We bought a blueberry and cream cheese whoopie pie. Sooo good! It was like the tops of two blueberry muffins cut off and used to sandwich a cream cheese filling. The blueberry in the cake came through very well and was delicious. We can't wait til were back in the area so we can try other flavors!

I ordered a half dozen and 3 additional whoopie pies to celebrate my roommate's son's birthday while he's stuck in quarantine. I ordered online for curbside pickup which was easy and painless. I accidentally showed up early and they had to rush to fulfill my order which caused them to forget one pie. I messaged them about it later and they had already credited me back for the missing pie. I had the peanut butter and the f word whoopie pie and it was SO good. Definitely recommend <3

Just recently learned this place existed. I have already tried almost all the flavors of their limited menu due to covid 19. I must say they are amazing. There is a flavor for what ever mood or craving you might have. I can't wait for them to be able to open up fully again so I can continue to try the rest of the flavors not currently being offered. Definitely a place to stop.

Nice little shop. Has many choices of flavors of whoopie pies. I even found cute little snowman decorated whoopie pies there today.

Best place ever! My family of 5 has a tradition of whoopie pies instead of birthday cakes and this is our go to spot. Can't be beat.

Great selection. Not a bad whoopie pie in the building. You pay a little more than the average whoopie pie, but it's better than the average whoopie pie.
