My husband and I stopped here for dinner during our stay (we are from CT). The food was excellent! I ordered the fried haddock and scallops and it was fabulous! The food was served hot (to the point I had to wait a minute or so for it to cool down). The fish was cooked to perfection and the scallops were melt in your mouth good!!! The service was good too, the waitress did a great job managing all the tables (we came during the dinner rush). I see the other reviews saying the service was bad or there were long wait times, we did not experience this whatsoever! I highly recommend this place, the food was terrific!!!

Yum!!! I used to come to this place years ago, and the Rodeo burger was always my fav. I was so happy to visit and this place is exactly the same with quality. Thank you 44 North - what a gem!!!

Excellent service and very good food. As prices for eating out goes I thought it was very reasonable. Had baked stuffed scallops and shrimp and it was very good.

Great place to stop for lunch after our boating trip! Our waitress Kristin was so nice and we had great service. The sweet potato fries were amazing! Definitely a good spot to stop for a quick bite if you are driving through!

We really enjoyed our dining experience here. As a midwesterner, we really didn't know much about the lobster business. Thanks a bunch to Gabrielle for educating us on that industry. She was a good server and we wish her nothing but the best as she discovers her future career. This is a good place to dine. The food was great... we recommend it to all. :)

Almost didn't stop because of some of the recent reviews. But we were served quickly and the food was very good.

Absolutely loved our meal. My husband had the seafood lasagna, and the hefty portion was too much for this big eater! My haddock was great, garlic mashers a treat. Would most definitely stop in again. Not a fancy place, but we sat in the bar area, and our waitress, Brittany, was amazing. 5 stars.

visited (from Phoenix, AZ) in early September and had an awesome experience. The staff are wonderful, the appetizer of Fried Clams was absolutely delicious (huge portions) and came back the following night for the 2-Lobster dinner. Absolutely delicious! And the waitress was so nice that she even took the time to show us how to eat our lobsters. Absolutely an A+ Rating!

What a find! We were driving thru this small town and got hungry, so we stopped in. VERY happy we did.

My son MOWED DOWN his burger and said it was one of the best he’d had in a while. I had the “Dragon Steak” — marinated grilled thinly-sliced flank steak with a delicious sweet-hot flavor… been cravin’ it ever since.

Local place with a home-cookin’ vibe.

Excellent food and exceptional customer service. I had the fish chowder and it was very good. The Irish Red Ale is great beer. Great place to relax with good food, cool in hot weather, and lots of regulars!

We love coming here! Probably the best scallops I've ever had!

Update: We came back again in July 2021 and it was awesome again! The lobster risotto was on special and it was absolutely delicious. I hope the next time I’m here I can have it again!

We had to wait a bit but it was worthy it. The onion soup is great. I had Spicy Lobster tacos… delicious and unique.

Totally enjoyable meal of fresh seafood, deliciously prepared, in friendly atmosphere and even though the dining room was almost full the sound was somehow softened and you could have a conversation.
