I had the most amazing experience at City Drawers in Bangor…Emma was super helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly!!! She was able to suggest the most flattering pieces for my body. I am a forever customer thanks to Emma!! The place itself is gorgeous, organized and very welcoming!!!

I came in here for an alteration to have the sleeves of my suit jacket shortened. Service was friendly. They took my measurements and shipped my suit jacket to their Belfast location for the alteration, and returned the jacket extremely promptly. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price ($30). They even restitched the buttons on the sleeves. Communication was excellent.

Went to City Drawers in Bangor today, had a fitting with Emma. She is TERRIFIC!!! Knows her stuff, picked out the perfect bra for me and is having some more shipped as I live a couple of hours away. Such a great experience - 62 years old and finally have a bra that fits. What a GREAT experience. Money well spent!

I highly recommend City Drawers if you're in need of a bra fitting. I had a fitting with Emma and she made feel completely comfortable. She was knowledgeable about the products and very encouraging. She brought me lots of options and listened to all of my questions and complaints and I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't love. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Six weeks ago, I had a unilateral mastectomy followed by having a spacer in place for future reconstruction. I have been unsuccessful finding bras that fit comfortably and provided enough support…until today! Within minutes of having a fitting, Emma assisted with choosing a perfect bra. We are so fortunate to have a wonderful boutique that caters to women’s needs!

Visited for the second time on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Elaine and Rebecca both assisted me with a bra-fitting, and amazing customer service. Left with two new flattering pieces. Happy to have a local place that still does fittings!

I went in on a Saturday, Christine did a fitting with no appointment. She offered me multiple styles and found the PERFECT one, a style I NEVER would have even picked up. She explained how it should fit and how to properly wear it. I went home with two of the most comfortable bras I've ever had!! I cannot find my size anywhere else other than online. Highly recommend.

Through the mess of the COVID experience, I lost a pile of weight, and then gained it back--shockingly none of my bras fit. In the beginning when the loss happened, COVID was pre-vaccine and limiting contact was important. I got a virtual fitting, they set me up with lovely options and it worked! Fortunately when I gained back and needed new bras, I could go in person and had an even better experience! Never had any complaints!

Emma was fantastic at fitting. Clearly knew her stuff and was very patient and helpful. She ended up fitting 3 people at once and was a magician, making each of us feel promptly attended to simultaneously. I'm a 30E/F and was amazed at the options available to me here, when I usually can't find any bras that fit anywhere! Highly recommend!!

I met with Emma today. What a treasure she is!! She was busy, busy, busy, but still gave me plenty of individual and personalized attention. I have never been fitted for a bra before, and learned so much about j hi ow to properly wear a bra. Who knew?? And at my age….??? What a wonderful experience.

I got a bra fitting here and was surprised to find that the size I had been wearing was WAY off. The staff were so professional and friendly. The staff member who helped me was an expert and was really kind and knowledgeable. She explained why she chose each size/bra for me, answered all my questions, and she knew exactly which ones I should try. I'm so glad the Victoria's Secret in the Bangor mall is permanently closed, because I was going to go there, and I didn't know about City Drawers until I Googled bra fittings. This was a much better experience than VS & I'll definitely come back next time I need a new bra!

Rebecca is so lovely and kind. She made me feel comfortable when trying to find the right size bra for my maturing body. She even offered to follow up with me after a couple of weeks of wearing the bra that I purchased. I honestly have never received that type of service in my life! Christine was also lovely and extremely inviting. It was such a pleasure to receive such great service. I feel like I made some new friends today!

What a great place with super helpful employees! I'm so happy I went! I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the store. I got measured to find my correct bra size (I was wearing the wrong size for a long time!)They selected several bras for me, showed me how to correctly wear it and what I should look for to find the correct fit. I bought 2 great bras and will for sure go back again!

Incredible service! I went in being new to the area, and they got me right in to have a fitting and recommended some great bras! The also had new spring lingerie which was gorgeous! They even ordered in one bra for me which was no hassel at all. Can't wait to go back!

Incredibly helpful to know how intimates should fit! Stopping in for an impromptu fitting changed everything I knew about brassieres. Employees were professional, patient, friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a free fitting and find the size you should be wearing!

This place is AMAZING! I went in to get fitted and the woman there, well, I have nothing but fabulous things to say about them. They know their stuff. They make you feel so comfortable that it is not weird taking your top off for a better fit. She stayed with me until I found the perfect bra. No pressure to buy either. They educate and offer suggestions but never did I feel pressured to buy anything. I did. I have neve spent that much on a single bra before BUT I have to tell you, it's a game changer for a perfect fit. I will be back and I reccomend anyone to go!

INCREDIBLE. I have been wearing the wrong bra size for years now and I never knew how far I was off until I got fitted at City Drawers. I've been to Macy's and Soma and gotten "fitted" there, but throwing a tape measure around me over my clothes and then handing me a few bras to try on before they go help someone else, is not a true bra fitting. Dee was super helpful and really personalized my experience. There was no judgement whatsoever and she knew everything about the bras she was handing me and why she chose them for my body and breast shape. I will definitley be coming back again and again for all my bra and underwear needs!

i heard about the city drawers on the raido today and was like whatttt!!! i am going there today after work.. i did and Alane found me beautiful bras that fit me and she talked to and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. she is awesome !!..
i just want to give a huge thank u to city drawers and Alane for helping me find the first bra i have ever owned that is my size and actually fits me.. every women should go to the city drawers and be fitted for an amazing bra.. ill be back for more amazing customer service and a beautiful bra and panties...

oh and they have a great mans section to. i saw some pretty cool mans boxer..

In and out in 20 minutes with a fitting and without an appointment. Found out how far off my current bra sizing was. Walked out feeling amazing. AND the price was way better than I expected. Only place to buy my bras now.
