Kasi is an angel! She is a perfectionist, gentle and considerate, kind, and so talented!! I enjoy my appts with her so much. I’ve been going to her for my manicures for nearly a year straight now and she never disappoints. So many beautiful designs and no one has ever taken such good care of my nails. The salon is professional, adorable, and super clean. Everyone is attentive and lovely. Highly recommend Kasi and her colleagues!

WOW!! This is by far the best manicure I’ve had. It’s been a month and it’s still beautiful! (Minus my nail growth haha) I usually do dip because other polish generally comes off, but after weeks of wear I don’t have a chip or scratch on any of them! I came in last minute and asked for something special for my wedding and boy did Kasi deliver! She took her time and painted these delicate lovely flowers. Thank you Kasi!! 💕💐

I have been a faithful client since 2011, and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else! Brooke and Heather take pride in every service, making sure my visit is relaxing and pampering from the moment I walk in. The atmosphere is amazing, calming and welcoming. I'm always greeted by name with a smile within a minute of arriving.
Brooke is not only a very talented nail artist, but a great owner. Without losing sight of what she is doing and who she is with, she keeps a watchful eye on the rest of the salon to ensure clients are being attended to. It's easy to see the high level of dedication she has not only to her salon, but to her clients as well. We always have a great conversation and I've never been disappointed!
When I bring in a picture of a design I found online, not only does Brooke master the design, she makes it look even better that the original! On the occasions I'm undecided on what I want, she always has great design ideas.

I had the BEST experience at Pampered And Polished tonight with Jessica!! The business itself is so cute and cozy not to mention CLEAN!! I had stopped going to get my nails done at other local nail salons because of the cleanliness.. and because I was always rushed out the door to get the next person in. Jessica took her time with me and did an excellent job on my nails! After she was finished she told me to use a sugar scrub that is locally made.. and it was just what I needed with these harsh winters my hands were so dry!! I would highly recommend this business and Jessica!

She take's the time to actually listen to what her clients needs or wants are. Trust me she makes sure you leave Pampered & Polished Nails completely satisfied. I have found my new nail salon! I was very pleased with my experience at pampered and polished. Jessica did a wonderful job on my nails. I have had other salons drill down my natural nail before applying gel polish and I hate it. There was no drill in sight when getting my nails done today. They were very professional and the making appointments is very easy. I also like that I receive emails about upcoming appointments.

This is probably one of the best nail places in town to go! You do have to make an appointment, which I'm often bad at doing, but it's soooo worth it. These ladies truly make you feel relaxed and pampered while getting polished up and beautiful! You wouldn't know that this salon is located right in the heart of Bangor, bc it is such a peaceful, and quite relaxing environment to be in. Private, off road parking also ensures that your vehicle is safe out back while you're at your appt. Definitely recommend this place! ❤

Kasi did an amazing job with my nails this evening and I couldn’t be happier - she took extra care to make them look perfect. I was so grateful for her attention to detail and for fixing some of my clumsy smudges! She even helped me with choosing the right color when I was unsure. I have been to so many salons. The quality of Brooke’s work is unbelievably amazing. I have been a client for two years. I saw the comment from Suzette for one star and was inclined to respond. If no one is at the front desk, all you have to do is ring the bell. Not only is the service here exceptional, but the staff truly cares about their work. And it shows!

Best nail salon in Bangor hands down. Have been getting my acrylics done by Brooke for years and I've never not LOVED them. Even when she's been too busy to see me her other nail techs have done a great job!

Went today for a gel manicure and Jessica did my nails, she was so nice and easy to talk to. The salon is very clean and much better than regal nails in Walmart (where I used to go- very poor selection of gel polish there)

I messaged asking for a special request for my nails. Had a picture for inspiration. Jess went above and beyond to provide this. For me and I absolutely could not be happier with my nails. Rainbow Baby nails. 😍

The building is old but when you walk in, its so welcoming. The owner was wonderful and skilled. I was visiting for work, during my downtime decided to treat and pamper myself. I am from the DC area and can't wait to return.

A wonderful salon! The techs are knowledgeable and precise, the space is clean and comfortable. It's a full-service salon, ranging from basic manicures and pedicures, to acrylics, nail art, spa and luxury nail services.

Have been a customer for 15 years. Would never go anywhere else. They are not nail techs they are artist. The atmosphere is professional and relaxing and they use top quality product.
