I had a very good experience with Mike at Mattress by appointment. I needed a really soft mattress. Couldn't find it softer anywhere. I love my mattress. I also purchased the adjustable bed frame. Everything works great. Got it within the time frame quoted and Mike was very communicative. Make your appointment. They are reliable, helpful and have great products. Last but not least, I live in Guilford and they were the only ones who would deliver! There is a fee but still great service.

We were in desperate need of a bed so we found Mattress by appointment through Google. I remember seeing a few people I know on Facebook go through them awhile back so I thought why not, I called and left a message and got a response fairly quickly through text. My schedule is pretty chaotic, they found a way to squeeze us in. We met with Michael and he asked us what we were looking for and helped us find a mattress that fit our needs and budget and we left with our bed! Michael does his best to work with everyone! I highly recommend setting up an appointment!

Absolutely amazing customer service and pricing!!! I love my new king mattress It’s so comfy! The financing also has very good approval odds and doesn’t require much! I would definitely buy a bed here again and recommend my friends do the same!

Highly recommend! I am a returning customer and extremely happy with my mattresses from MBA. Not only are the mattresses great but the customer service that Mike provided is top of the line (something you don't see much of anymore). The prices are amazing too. When I shopped to compare prices I couldn't believe how much more expensive the bigger stores were. In some cases, the cost was double!

Micheal and Michele are absolutely the best people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only are they great, but they are 100% honest, dependable, reliable, but all around the most genuine people to be around let alone doin business with. They know their products inside and out, very knowledgeable about each mattress or pillow. Their attention to detail in the store and listening to the customers needs was so important and meant a bunch to me. The experience at their establishment is just simply the best and very professional the entire time there. Having a great experience at a business is what most people look forward to when buying things and you will definitely have that with Michael and Michele, but it don’t stop there. They treat you like a friend and Ike you’ve known them for decades. Customer service was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before and it continued after I purchase the product. Follow ups and just caring people to see how things are going means a lot. I will always from now on be a customer of Mattress By Appointment and a friend of Michael and Michele’s. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I am so happy to see this locally owned and operated family business expand within the Bangor area and beyond. They are able to work within your budget while also providing a great selection of inventory to choose from while remaining in that budget. I originally purchased with Mattress by Appointment to provide a bed for my guest room. I also work closely with families who are either starting from scratch or just ready to invest in better accommodations for their family living arrangements. Everyone that I have sent to shop with them has had a great experience. With options to work within in a budget, or even to get the best product for your dollar, along with great customer service I am thankful to have Mattress By Appointment for my own purchases as well as being able to provide this option to others. Exceeded my expectations! Great service and Great prices! Mike was very kind and explained everything very well, he got my family the best deal and delivered right to our door the same day at no extra cost. I saw the ad for Mattress by Appointment on social media and sent a message saying i needed a new mattress and was interested in what they had. The response back was quick, professional, and knowledgeable! I made an appointment and went in and got a great deal on a king size, with box spring and delivery included, the same day! I'm completely happy! Great job!

This was a great and wonderful experience. I went though the finacing company and got approved then booked my apt and was able to sit and feel and really choose what mattress I wanted. The lady that met up with me was professional and very accommodating because I wanted a matress that was a little bit above my budget but she made it work where I could still get the mattress I wanted. I was able to have my bed delivered the same day after 6pm! The gentlemen who delivered bed was very helpful and friendly and was even able to haul away my old bed. I would defiently recommend this company to anyone in the market to purchase a new bed. Thank you very much Mattress by Appointment for the great experience and the wonderful customer service. I'm very happy and slept like a baby last night! :)

I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing deal on quality beds. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called and within a half hour of getting there we had picked the perfect bed, filled out the financing info and were on the way home with our new bed. And the prices are well bellow anything you will find at any of the other furniture stores in the area. Mike was extremely helpful and he was able to give us his full attention since with an appointment you are the only customer there at that time. No searching around a giant furniture store looking for someone to help you or just ask a question to. I'm so happy i chose to try something different instead of a regular furniture store. I'll definitely be visiting again.

mike was amazing . everything was pretty affordable. they even set up a very affordable payment plans, if you cant buy everything up front. the service was fast and efficient. i had set an appointment and he was able to meet me early. plus they deliver for free. he went above and beyond with helping me , even after we concluded business. he was still kind and didnt rush me to go. if want to buy a new bed please go to mattress by appointment. because the beds and service are awesome.

We had a great experience. Mike was helpful and nice and made sure we took our time choosing the perfect mattress. We were approved in 20 minutes and was able to choose any bed. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new mattress.

Great place to purchase a mattress. They delivered the item when they said they would and got it all set up. I can't believe I didn't have a king size bed where the head lifts up before now. Great customer service and all round awesome people. Happy to do business with them highly recommended.

Great people, very friendly. Always willing to work around your schedule. Worked with us on getting a good mattress for the amount that we were allowed. Told us about the mattress cover they had to help protect the mattress. Today we got a hold of them and told them about a mishap that had happened with the mattress cover and they replaced it and said they would take care of the claim. Always willing you help you in anyway possible. I would recommend going to see them first when you need a new mattress!

Great place with superior and friendly customer service. They had a great stock of inventory at fair prices. Very helpful with finding a good fit for our guest bedroom. We are new to Maine and got some extra pointers on where to visit. Highly recommend.
