Wow! This is a pretty incredible store. I found some amazing discounted prices on most items. Pretty eclectic group of items from large area floor rugs to groceries. It will be hard to leave this store empty-handed. The aisles are clean, and the shelves are uncluttered. Very impressed with this store.

It was my first visit there. We went for coffee and snacks. One aisle, on both sides, had coffee and more coffee, and tea. Had fun looking around, a lot of items. Open aisles, friendly staff, and plenty of staff.
I’ll go regularly after Holidays are over.

I can find items there that I need, from housewares, food, pool supplies, and items too numerous to mention. The workers are wonderful, courteous and helpful. I need to mention Brian who was so helpful in getting help with my insider account. The person I talked to on the phone was also patient, helpful and kind. You really need to check out this store. And the 'crazy deals'? Wow.

This is one of the gems not well known. You can find very rare items here from pool supplies to snacks and gardening tools. Prices are reasonable and most of the time the best you can find.

Good Afternoon, I had the opportunity to visit your Bangor store while I was on vacation. I was looking for unique items for my Childcare center in Massachusetts. I reached out to your assistant manager Chrissy and she was wonderful. Her knowledge of your store was impeccable. I was looking for something specific and you didn't carry it however, she engaged me into something else to buy that made the same impression of what I was looking to do in my Childcare program. Being a Business owner for 30 years and during these precedent time and having employees of my own, we all are face with the same concerns of finding good help. Chrissy made me feel welcomed.Her professionalism and the pride she takes in your store was very impressive.She is a asset to any business. You are very fortunate to have her.

Love it here, such a weird and delightful variety of products. From general foodstuffs to seasonings to... kayaks, yes kayaks! Supplies for hobbies and crafts, rugs for your room decor, think Mardens but without the creepy overtones! Do yourself a favor and stop in their prices don't disappoint

The manager, or young woman who loaded our truck was GREAT. 2,400 pounds of pavillions buried in the back and she got them out for us. Turned a previous rating of 2 based upon late delivery into a positive experience. She deserves recognition from someone other than me!

Ocean State Job Lot is an unusual place to shop. Mixed in with unknown knock-off discount brands are well-known brands, especially foods, which are hard to find in big chain supermarkets. Worth exploring.

My mom shopped here for years, and I am carrying on her tradition by buying special ornaments each Christmas. This is a beautiful shop with something for everyone.

Today i purchased 2 large patio chairs from Ocean State in Bangor. They were too heavy for me to get into the cart and into my car. One of the store associates helped me with this and other items i had bought. He was very kind, friendly and helpful. I did not get his name but an excellent ambassador for the company

Prices are the reason to shop here, staff is super friendly & helpful. It can be busy at times but the lines move. I find myself coming here more often.
