Very pleasant employees now. I stop there every day. Michelle is very pleasant and very kind. Better than some years ago when they had some pretty shady people there who complained about everything . I actually stopped going there until they got better people in to work the store.

This place has one of the most inconvenient parking lots there is, but it's totally worth it if you're looking for snacks or ice cream. They have a great variety of different types and flavors of candy.

The soda was warm, but the friendly clerk was fair enough to warn me of this before I bought it. Would return again.

It's a blessing when the car is low on gas out there on the outskirts of town.

I went in today around 3, for gas, I used my Irving rewards card bc I've saved up my savings, the guy (glasses) didn't smile, wasnt very pleasant. I ran my rewards card, he said he shows no rewards on his side. I pump my gas get the receipt and, my card didn't even go thru. If your going to promote rewards cards maybe you need to make sure the employees know and check if the rewards card went thru. Also, if you changed your cooking oil more your store wouldn't smell so bad! (Yes I know from experience) thanks

I was just at this store. My 22 year old son went in to buy a pack of cigarettes. The young man working the register couldn't scan the valid state of Maine I'd. Which is brand new. So rather then actually reading it he refused the sale. I go in and get them I get 10 one dollar bills for change. I asked if that's all he had. Mubble under my breath. Get in my truck and as I'm leaving the cashier is hanging out the back door yelling at me to not come back. Really? I buy kerosene and gas along with many other things multiple times a week. Well not anymore. I'll gladly shop anywhere else from now on

I go out of my way not to purchase anything from this gas station. It is conveniently on my way to work and I can't count how many times the morning cashier (older lady, short hair) didn't acknowledge my presence in the store, was blatantly rude, or did not say a word to me throughout the entire check out process. From what I've seen she treats all customers this way. I mean...it's a convenience store, we're not expecting miracles, but some basic social skills would be appreciated. If I was the manager at the store I would fire her immediately. Worst customer service I've ever received.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!. They have crack heads working for them that come in uncomfortable messed up. They sell liquor to minors, and steal from their own store. To add on top their food has been rotten and expired and absolutely no hygiene in the store at all. I wont ever go back there.

I always go here before work around 7 a.m.. this is the second Sunday in a row they said the store was not open. Clearly the person they have working the morning shift doesn’t want to work that extra hour. This is costing your store money. I won’t be buying anything here either. Was my primary gas station.

Standing here at the register of tom t's Ohio street while I write this review, I haven't seen a cashier yet, I'm considering walking out and leaving all my stuff by the register. Finally a woman came out and rang up my things but after doing so she walked back out back while I slid my card and I waited at least another 3 min. I would give 0 stars if it would let me

Food service is a zero. Product used for cooking not dated and moldly. Kitchen area is a disgusting disaster. Associates drinking and eating in food prep area touching their personal belongings then touch food equipment and food.

I will no longer shop at tom t. Tom the owner himself disrespected me today.Sorry had a bad month so only got a very small amount of gas just to get home. And he said how am suppose to make living on that. Im pretty sure that dick can afford to sell me what I need.
