Michaels

If you are looking to go broke on things you don't actually need, this is the place. I could spend hours here. Michaels is one of my favorite therapy shopping places. They usually have a lot of good sales too. So when your husband asks where you got all those new decorations and craft supplies you can lead with, "I got it 60% off at Michael's!" To be sure they pry no further, start mentioning all the places you think it may look nice or all the projects you are going to make with your craft stuff and when the eyes glaze over, you're in the clear and there is no further prying about the 350 dollars you spent on craft glitter and that really nice patterned paper you'll never use. 😁

This was my first visit to the store. All I can say is WOW!! Amazing on how much stuff they have inside the store and it does not look messy, cluttered. It just looks very well stocked with SO many items. I just loved it and can't wait till I have more money because I seen so many things I want to get for family members and for myself. The quality of all the items seems very good. It was just a wonderful, organized, fully stocked store with so many different items that I did not even think they would carry. I plan on going back very soon!

The store was well stocked and displayed nicely. The selection was very good. The real plus of the store was our cashier, Felix. He was personable and friendly. He explained the benefits of signing up with Michael’s for coupons. He mentioned the military discount. If all the employees are like Felix the store should consider itself lucky.

Being a sunday and getting ready for projects for next week, I had to hit there sale on yarn. Fisherman's sweater with wooland nautical afphgan with chenille in the works and yarn was buy 1 get 1 50% off. How can you pass up the sale. The sales get you to come back and keep the craft world going. Thank you for the sales.

Everything that you would expect from a craft store. Lots of hobbyist materials to get into, good variety of paints and supplies, plus plenty of other goodies. They even had tons of Halloween themed decorations that actually looked fun!

I always love perusing the store. My favorite place is the clearance section, there are always surprises waiting for me that I never even knew I wanted.

I went shopping with my friend today and we met Gloria on the register. Gloria was so friendly and kind. She helped us use a coupon and signed us up for a rewards account. Thank you for making our experience great Gloria!

Overwhelming the amount of craft supplies in this store! Many cool options for projects at any skill level.

I couldn't figure out how to do the survey but I did want to say Felix in Bangor is awesome! I'm there semi regularly and they are always super sweet. Helped me with a coupon this time from the website too!

If you're any type of hobbyist Michael's is the place to be. Similar to hobby lobby, they truly have a little of everything

I absolutely love Michael's!! It's my favorite craft/art supply store, yes even better than hobby lobby! (Way better in my opinion, and cheaper prices) They always seem to have some kind of awesome sale going on and their rewards program is worth the sign up. I love going here and stocking up on canvases (esp when they're 60% off!) And paint/paint brushes. They have the best quality products and the best prices around.

This location is always neat and orderly and has a nice layout, it's easy to find what you're looking for and is well stocked. The floor workers are helpful and friendly and the cashiers have always been pleasant to chat with upon checking out. This is my go-to Michaels whenever I need craft supplies for those reasons.

I hadnt been in Micheals for a while. Then i went online found great deals compared to other stores. Plus extra savings w coupons and earning reward points. Very nice customer service!

Deanna in Custom Framing at the Bangor store was very good about helping me pick out the best mats and frames for several pieces of artwork, each with different requirements. She listened to my preferences and concerns and offered suggestions when I asked for them. I appreciated her framing insights based on experience and her awareness of my budget constraints. Really cool stuff here aside from craft supplies! There's always really cute seasonal decor & unique toys & gifts for kids as well!

Staff is excellent. Never pushy very knowledgeable. Some great sales on art supplies.
