These guys are the best. Very knowledgeable and always helpful. We have had our generator for three years and they ensure we don’t have the slightest worry about a power outage. They come once a year for a tune up and we have never had a problem. I highly recommend them!!!

He couldn’t make the time originally agreed upon, but called an hour beforehand and told us when he could arrive. Great Lakes Power Generation was quick to respond to our request for a back up generator. They surprised us by their willingness to do the installation in February. There were a few setbacks in the schedule but Kaid always kept us informed. Unfortunately the generator that was installed was defective. Great Lakes Power Generation convinced Generac to recall it. They received a replacement generator on a Monday night and had installed by Tuesday afternoon. Every employee of this company was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

The installation of my Generac was seamless. Kaid and Logan worked hard for over 8 hours. Some landscape has to be disturbed but was then restored beautifully when they were finished. Their work was meticulous. Their demeanor was competent, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Great Lakes Power. They are the best!!

I have maintained my generator for many years. They do thorough annual inspections that keep it running smoothly throughout the many power outages that we have. When electric service goes out, my generator always kicks in and takes care of things. They are very quick to respond to any needs that I have, no matter if it's weekend or evening.
