Burger King

We oredered by app for drive through. The food was hot and tasted good. We asked for extra mayo on our sandwich but didn't seem like extra. However we did get more mayo packs than we requested.

It's been a very long time since I was happy with BK in my town. I stopped here because I was starving and it was there. This place tastes like I remember BK is supposed to be. Very fresh and hot. Awesome job

Online order with multiple customized items was made correctly and quickly. Service was quick and friendly.

We've always had good meals. Sometimes, the service is slow, but that can be expected when it becomes difficult finding responsible help.

Changing my previous review as Burger King has really upped there game. The food and service is great. Everything actually tastes fresh and they haven't messed up my order at all. Probably the best fast food place we currently have in town

Recent external remodel, friendly staff, clean environment, consistent food

These young adults are working hard to better themselves. I sat here 3 days all day while I used the wifi and worked . They were precise and fast with my food. They really care. Some rude customers complained about a double cheeseburger and they handled it the best way they could. Please be polite. Some of the kids are going to college to chase their dreams. And some are just happy doing this job. It’s a very hard job because people are mean to them. I had some very good interactions with almost everyone in there. They would smile and give love to old people. Keep up the good work

Clean and the young man at the register was absolutely amazing. 7/3/22 @ 3ish. He needs recognition for outstanding service. I brought my step Dad in as he's recovering from heart and lung issues and this young man went beyond. He went as far as brought our food out to us. Thank you young man.

A little slow but worth the wait.
I've had a lot of Whoppers in my day and this place ranks with the best in freshness and taste! Two thumbs up!!!👍👍

Wowzer! Stopped in for a quick bite to and decided to dine in. I am glad we did. We were greeted by an amazing gal! She smiled, she cared, she was polite and worked like a busy bee from taking orders, to cleaning, all without ever missing a beat! I was so impressed, we had to ask her, her name. It was Molly! The spicy chicken sandwich was big, juicy and delicious and the fries HOTand tasty. All three employees were very friendly and great about giving us directions to our vacation spot. Thanks, folks!

Always fast even in a long line for drive thru. Veterans meet to have coffee. Ethan is super polite. Love going and dining in for breakfast before work.

They told me I rule, so they must know me 🤣 but they forgot my daughters sandwich and they knew they did, as soon as she walked in the door to let them know, they had it ready to hand her. They profusely apologized for the mistake. Hey, it happens. Everything was corrected and all was well.

Oh plz. We have breakfast or dinner 3 or more times a week. Have only had one problem once in 2 years. Here's a thought. Take your receipt when offered. Check your order. Go back to get them to fix it. They can pull the order, compare it with your receipt. Otherwise quit hating.

Burger King is my favorite fast food, so I've eaten at several. The Kalkaska Burger King has to be about the best whopper I believe I've ever had. It was fresh, had the perfect amount of mayo/ketchup. It actually looked like the commercial 😁. And Zach...thank you for taking our order, and reminding us of the 2 for $10

My food was hot and fresh. The Croissan'wich is one of my guilty pleasures when I occasionally eat out and it was delicious. The tots were also good, crispy and not too greasy.

I order from here atleast twice a week. I find it rare if they mess up my order and if they do, they reimburse me with what I had originally wanted. The McDonald's down the road fails to get my order correct and wont fix it without making me pay more. Love this place
