Birch Street Dental Care

The staff was so nice to my 2 year old! They made it a great experience! They let her hold the tools, showed her how everything worked, respected her decision not to get polish after she tasted it and didn't like it, and built enough trust that she was talking to them. She said she likes the dentist and was excited to brush her teeth that night before bed. Would recommend! However, appointments schedule WAY out like 6 months...makes sense for a good place to be busy

People at Birch Street are awesome. They take good care of my teeth. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist because of past experiences but the dentists and hygienists make me feel more relaxed. The wonderful ladies who take care of my appointment schedule are great at getting me in when I can. So much better then my Dentist in Traverse City.

I really love this dentist. I have only been to the dentist a handful of times, much less than I should, but the people here always make it worth the trip. My teeth are better than ever. I especially appreciate Dr. Jacob’s work, he’s done an amazing job with my root canal and fillings. Very well staffed, very easy to make appointments, and they’re friendly. Can’t recommend them enough!

This practice has always been honest with my treatment. I've been a patient for 10yrs. Even when State medical didn't cover private practice, I went to the covered ones which they both said I needed all this so-called work done, I went back to Birch street and got a check up and they said none of that work was needed. My Dad recommended me when I moved up here. Dad said out of all the dentist, this practice was by far the best he'd been to. Highly recommend.

Staff are thorough and pleasant. Newer technology.
I did have delays in scheduling new patient appointment. Calls were not returned. When I chose existing patient option I got through right a way.
Billing staff kept me informed of my costs during the appointment.

Dr. Moulby has done fantastic work. He has been honest, kind, and a solid human being. I would recommend him to anyone. If Dr. Moulby is busy… Dr. Jake is just as capable, compassionate and welcoming. Out of several dentists there, these are the 2 I would highly recommend.

Dr. Jacob yet again with another perfect extraction! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again hands down the best dentist around. If you are having any dental troubles I urge you to go to Birch street dental and let them help you. They will make sure you are in the most amount of comfort while they assist you, I’ve done 2 extractions with Dr. Jacob and have had zero pain both times!

It was a very good time. No one we judge mental, everyone was kind and very accommodating. Not going to lie dentists places always make me nervous and have anxiety and stuff but despite that I was shaking inside everyone was very friendly and I didn’t feel so bad. You guys are amazing

I have been a patient at Birch Street Dental for over 15 years. Once you have been here you will not want to go anywhere else. I recently came in for a cleaning and a filling. Ashley was my hygienist for the first time and she was great. Dr Soenen came in to discuss future work. I’ve known him for a long time and he’s wonderful. Dr Molby along with his assistant Bekky did my filling this time which was a very pleasant, painless experience. Anna was very friendly and helpful preparing an estimate for my upcoming work. To sum it up, the entire dental team is awesome.

My visit today was for a cleaning. Cathy was my hygienist and did great as usual. Dr. Molby reviewed everything and said see you in 6 months. I love this office and all the staff I have interacted with over the last 3 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dental experience.

Today was my first visit with Birch Street Dental, and everyone was amazing! I have very high anxiety when it comes to dentist, and they kept me comfortable and at ease. I had an emergency on a Friday. They got me right in for an exam and had an appointment for me a couple hours later to take care of the issue. I am extremely thankful for their help. Everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend them and have now switched to them as my primary dentist after being with the same place for 20+ years.

We always feel very welcomed into the office by all the staff. My kids don’t just like going to their dentist appointments but are excited to go. They see their hygienists and front staff as their friends, and look forward to catching up with them.
