I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name working the drive through window tonight. He had the cutest southern accent. He provided the best customer service we have ever received hands down. You had better give him a raise before another company swoops him up. Thanks for making our night!

Arby's of Kalkaska was very nice! Their dining room was open, and it is set up rather nicely. The staff was nice and helpful, our order was pretty quick. Not everyone wants their food to go or eat in their car. Finding a Arby's with an open dining room was great!!

We went close to 10 pm, the young man that waited on us was very pleasant. Had the classic chicken sandwich (from the 2 for $7 menu) for the first time and it was really good. Real chicken, not a processed chunk of chicken. Good value!

Fast even though the line I was in wrapped around the building. Since it was a quick stop for lunch while I was working I appreciated the speed of the drive thru.

They never disappoint regardless of what one I visit. I'm on the road alot and I've only had one bad experience. And it wasn't this one.

The staff is very helpful and polite, the restaurant was clean we were one of two other parties in there at that time. Saturday. The manager made suggestions to make our meal more inexpensive to purchase. Thank you we will definitely be back

I visited the Kalkaska Arby's about a week ago. I'm a very picky eater when it comes to fast food. I like mine made fresh whenever I visit one. Because I can't stand old, cold food, especially fries, and I never mind waiting for it to be made. Usually I get an attitude because I ask for my chicken and fries made fresh. That was not the case with Casandra. She was very kind and happy to accommodate me. We had a pleasant conversation. Please tell her again thank you for me. I will definitely be back because of her. I hope every time I come in there, that everyone is happy to do this for me. Like I said, I never mind waiting as long as i get it made fresh. Thank you.

Food was always hot, employees were always nice and friendly. From ordering to getting food was a great experience, and quick service.

Great experience at this Arby's today! I went through the drive-thru and ordered the classic roast beef sandwich combo, which came with fries and a drink. My sandwich was hot and fresh. The crinkle fries were super fresh and hot, and salted perfectly. Also, the bag contained both napkins and the requested Horsey sauce. I recommend this location.

My wife and I go to Arby's atleast 3 times a month. They have great staff and it is always clean

I'm on her way back from North we stopped there and had a really nice lunch our customer server was a young guy Very sweet

Husband and I drove through on our drive up north. Had to wait a couple of minutes for our order to be taken (the girl had very politely put us on hold immediately), but once it was taken the food came out super fast. Everything was very fresh and tasted great. The girl was again very apologetic for our short wait and was super sweet explaining they were understaffed for the shift. Worth every penny....I would definitely come back again if driving through!

Stopped here on the way home from downstate Michigan. Not disappointed. The Fish and Chips was very good. My husband had one of their Octoberfest Specials-The Combo Platter and it was incredible. The Schnitzel and Potato Pancakes were excellent. The side of red cabbage was the best he ever had (as he told me). Will definitely eat here again when...
