This store is wonderful, it is a well-known chain of off-price department stores in the United States. Marshalls offers a variety of products, including clothing, accessories, home goods, and more, often at discounted prices. The staff is friendly and asked about my purchase, showing an interest in me as a person, good sales tactic. My luggage purchase did not match the luggage I purchased previously but I am satisfied for now. Thanks Marshalls.

Best Marshalls I've ever shopped at🙂 It's clean, organized, the employees are helpful & friendly-prices are phenomenal! I have a few outlet stores closer to my area, which I did shop "@once" when I relocated here-had never been so disappointed w a shopping experience- ever & I love to shop! Was disappointed to the extent I returned every single item I had purchased from the other two similar stores, drove 26 miles one way from home just to shop @my Marshalls!! The difference in the "HAPPY*VIBE" alone, was more then worth my decision to stick w this store & stear clear of "replica stores!" there's no comparison!🙃🙂

Clean store and courteous staff. We found a few things that we were looking for at great prices.

This place is awesome
The cashiers are super nice and the cashier manager is awesome.
The door greeter said hello to everyone who walked in made sure carts were sanitized.
This was a little after 6pm the 10th of March.
The day before the cashier was so sweet that was after 6 too

I thought exactly what I was looking for and the young lady at the checkout was very professional and capable

I ran into someone on the floor who was also very helpful when I was in housewares and also when I was in Bedding. There seem to be a lot of stocking going on but those individuals who happen to be ladies were very helpful

I went there to browse around for Christmas gifts (and maybe a little Christmas gift shopping for myself 😂) and it was nice to see the store was well staffed and they were actively stocking the back of the store where the home goods, decorations and holiday stuff is so it's up to date with the current holiday and trends. Also compared to the Marshalls near where I live in Warren it was nice to see the clothing was actually organized by section like it's supposed to be and just just randomly jumbled around!

Good selection of home goods and other items

Marshall's is still cool because you can still find cool things there to impulsively buy. Last time I went there I ended spending more on myself then my 6 yr old who was there with me. We were only there for toys and I found a hard to find bubble wand and oem bubble solutio.

Kudos to the staff at Troy Marshalls. I have had to make a couple of returns recently--one for an item I bought at the store and one from an online purchase. In every single interaction for the returns and beyond, staff at this store have been upbeat, gracious, helpful, and respectful. Thank you, all. May you stay well.

One of the better organized Marshall's I've been to, and as a huge Marshall's obsessee, that's a lot of stores to compare.
Staff was very friendly, checkout moved quickly.

If you love to shop and look thru things, this is a very satisfying place to shop. Good prices, and a lot of selection wrapped up in a tiny bit of chaos. Love it.

This store is the best. Totally updated my summer wardrobe and then grabbed stuff from toy and home sections, too. Decent service and the best prices because, duh, it's Marshall's.
