had a wonderful experience both times i visited this location. both of the ladies that helped me were so kind, and so accommodating. one of them even picked up a pair of scrubs i needed from a different location on her way home after work, so that i could pick them up the next day! thank you for all your help and kindness!

Really nice Scrubs & Beyond! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Terri and she helped me find everything I needed. She suggested different types of scrubs I should give a try and I actually loved a few pair and purchased them. Amazing customer service. Super friendly. Terri greeted me as soon as I came in the door. She helped me find what I was looking almost immediately. She helped me with sizes and the brands that I was interested in. I had such a hard time choosing between the five sets of scrubs that I tried on, I tried them on twice. She was very patient with me and I ended up purchasing 3 sets. During this whole time, she assisted several other customers with their needs and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. What a pleasant experience and it was so refreshing to have a kind, patient salesperson assist me and I didn't feel at all like I was bothering her(even though I probably was). I will definitely shop here again. Terri is an asset to this store. She was most decidedly the reason I bought 3 sets of scrubs. Her expertise at handling customers and her knowledge of the products carried was immense. She has a beautiful smile and a gracious personality, she's a keeper!!

The two ladies working there were so sweet! I told one of them what I was looking for and right away, she had me in the fitting room trying on all different brands in the color I needed to help me find the best fit! I left with only one pair because of my size in stock.. but I will definitely go back there in the future to get more scrubs! They were also very sweet to my daughter!

I wish I could give it more that 5 stars. I needed black pants and couldn’t find any to fit. My boyfriend suggested I buy scrub pants. We walked in and Terri helped us. She found the perfect pair of pants for me. She was extremely helpful! I will definitely be going back there.

First time going to this location or even buying scrubs. Tetris was GREAT. She was so helpful and pleasure to talk to. She kept pulling different styles of scrubs until I found the right fit. Working retail, I know how frustrating it can be but she was so helpful. She’s great with customer service!! Thank you Terri

Terri from scrubs & beyond assisted me and she was incredibly friendly and helpful! When I was in the fitting room for a while, she came by to ask if she could fetch anything for me. I was being indecisive about my order, and she was still so patient when helping me ring up my order.

Tip: sign up for their emails online, and they will send you coupons! There's also a hospital employee discount 10% depending where you work. Only one coupon per transaction.

The only downside is that they didn't have multiple scrubs of my size. Good thing they can order any size (including petite/plus, or short/tall) for you, and it'll deliver to store in 10-14 business days.

It was my first time in this location and I will definitely be coming back! Jennifer and Callie were very sweet ladies and very helpful! Thank you ladies❤

Walked in and was greeted immediately! The two young ladies that were here were unreal! They were both so nice and so accommodating! Callie and Michelle were outstanding! I normally don’t wear scrubs but they were so helpful!!! They both deserve raises!!

The customer service was AWESOME!! She did everything except pay for my items. She made me feel so welcome...and for that I’m now a forever customer. I bought scrubs & jacket, a Littman, Danskos, a light, socks to start my new job. I’ll be back tomorrow for 6 more pair!!

Just visiting from Cali saw this grubbed store thought I would get my great niece a present the store is immaculate it is clean and the sales are outstanding 30 40 50% off of scrubs they have matching scrubs which is hard to find and they even have the scrub jackets so if you're looking for a great place to buy scrubs this is your place you won't be disappointed

Michele at the Troy location is such a joy. She was so friendly and helpful. The store had a great selection of petite, regular and tall length.
