Talked to Bill twice and was told I'd be called back with an estimate. My second call I was told he'd call back in 2 hours..... never returned my calls.
He should have just told me he was too busy or didn't want the job.

Used Cunningham once in the past. They showed up randomly without calling. This time, they said they would call the following week. Never heard from them again!
