Maria does a phenomenal facial - I’ve been consistently going to her each month and my skin looks the best it has in a very long time!

I had my mini lift and fat grafting done in May 2023 and I love my results …. I look at least 15 y younger ( natural look)

I had a Power European Facial with Sarah today and there is only one word to express the way I felt during this facial “LOVE”. There is no other way to explain the feeling I had during my time with Sarah. She is so in tune & skilled, my face was glowing and happy when she finished, what a beautiful afternoon. I am so excited I found Grishma! I LOVE threading but, I get so nervous because not everyone can do it or do it CORRECTLY! Grishma is not only very quick and precise but such a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend!

Been coming here for few years now.... ive done Co2 and active lasers for my deep deep bad picked on face scars during high school years...After 15 years later i never thought i would get my self confidence back...Thanks to Dr Schendon he is 1 of the best plastic surgeons in Michigan!!! Very caring listens and very honest and he was right the very first time i needed more than 1 laser. I had Sarah for my microdermabrasion/chemical peel and she was great! She was very knowledgeable and talked through everything that she was doing and what she thought of my skin. She let me know what her recommendations were on how to treat some acne and help with some spots where I have enlarged pores. She was very gentle with everything and I never felt uncomfortable during the entire appointment. I would definitely go back to see her.

My favorite get away :-) I've gotten many services here (pedicures, various facials, massage, etc.) and have been pleased with every visit! I normally go to Sonja for my facials and she's phenomenal. My skin has always had issues, but since seeing Sonja every month my skin is in the best condition it's ever been. I now receive compliments on my skin (this has never happened in my life)! I highly recommend Schenden's for any of your spa needs, they have great discounts for Beaumont employees and spa packages too!

I just recently started going back to Schenden's Medical Spa after 7-years and discovered the Aesthetician Laura. I have had Melasma for years (*sigh*) and have tried every topical treatment which did not help much. I originally booked a free consultation thinking I needed Laser. Laura was quick to explain why laser was not a good fit for my skin type and recommended the VI Peel Precision Plus in-conjunction with a few other treatmwenets in-between (Telangitron, acid peels, Microdermabrasion, and Dermaplaning). I knew I had a long journey ahead of me to get my best skin back and made the commitment to stick with it. I am only 6-weeks into my journey (2 VI Peel's, 1 Telangitron treatment, 1 lactic peel, 1 Microdermabrasion, and 2 Dermaplaning sessions) and WOW! Finally I am seeing results and can't wait to continue my journey with Laura. If it was not for Laura's knowledge on treatments and her attention to detail when working her magic, I know I would not see the amazing results I am having (I have went to multiple Aesthetician's prior to finding Laura). Whatever your skin concern, I highly recommend Laura and Schenden's Medical Spa. Thank you, Laura, for working your magic each appointment!

I had a pedicure and shellac manicure with Poly and it was the best nail service I’ve ever had! Poly was so sweet, attentive, and accommodating. My nails looks amazing, but the whole experience was wonderful. I originally came because of a gift card, but I’m so glad I found it because I will be a returning client for sure!

Poly is the greatest for facials!!! She is very educated about different skin tones and textures, I take my whole family here for facials and massages. Very clean and relaxing! We love Schendens and their wonderful staff!! Highly recommend!!! Reasonable prices with top of the line service!

Updating my review, I’ve continued here with Rebecca and Sarah for the last year, each of whom are spectacular professionals. But more directly, there have been many moments where the office, especially Laura, has been gracious and kind despite my mistakes. This was an isolated incident below due to the pandemic shortage and I’ve understood that more the more I’ve been a customer. No one asked me to update. You’re in great hands here.

Rebecca and Sarah are amazing. They are both warm and professional. They really know what they are doing. I will keep going back to see them. The office, however, can be very frustrating. I’ve booked many appointments the last few months. All of the relaxation appointments I booked inevitably ended up with a call to ask if I could come in earlier. Since I was booking after work or on busy weekends, I usually couldn’t accommodate. Over a month ago, I booked a couple’s massage for my anniversary. I needed it at a specific time. I was asked to come in early again and I agreed. Two days before I called to say that we couldn’t make it early (though I tried) and I was told it was not a problem. Then, the day after I got a call to cancel the whole appointment due to someone being out. I spoke with Laura who seemed to have tried to find someone else to come in, but had a “just deal with it” attitude that made everything worse. I was very much looking forward to an anniversary couple’s massage. Now I don’t have enough notice to find some place else. She pretty much told me that this shouldn’t be surprising because they are short staffed like everyone else. Maybe it was a coincidence this happened after I called to say I couldn’t come in early. And, I do know things happen. But it’s very disappointing since it was for a special occasion and I felt the approach about it was careless. So, I’m not saying don’t come here. They do have very knowledgeable people providing some great medical spa services. But I don’t think I’ll be returning for relaxation services. It’s not worth the frustration. When I called back to cancel an upcoming appointment, she was apathetic and perfunctory about it - seemingly not caring to lose a customer.

Had the best experience for my first hydafacial with Maria!! 10/10

Today I had a Swedish massage with Bonnie. She is such a strong woman and gave me the best massage! She listened closely to my particular issues and addressed each with the utmost care and concern. The whole spa is super nice, but I would highly recommend requesting Bonnie for a super great experience!

Shannon K. was amazing! I went in for a facial and it was super relaxing. She answered all of my questions about skin care products. I would 10/10 recommend Schenden’s Medical Spa and Shannon for your facial!

Came in for facial (acid). I wasn't sure what type of peel to get, and even considered micro needling. Sonja was patient with me and made recommendations. We ended up doing VI peel, which addressed my most immediate concerns (pores). Sonja did a great job, I will be back to see her.

My husband and I had a couples massage here and it was absolutely lovely. I mentioned some back pain issues that I have and they were so kind and wonderful. Really provided some much needed relaxation and relief. I will definitely go back again.

I have always had great experiences here! I have had Tayler perform all my treatments and it is such a comfortable environment. Will definitely continue to come back and recommend to everyone!

I have being a client at Schenden Spa in Troy for over 10 years. I have had multiple services including: facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels waxing, massages, and mani/pedi. The spa is clean and calming. All staff is very professional and never try to upsell you. They offer discounts on your birthday month and repeat bookings. Highly recommend!

Laura C provided me with excellent care! I walked in unsure what would be right for me and she was full of great recommendations. I ended up getting two chemical peels and a few rounds of dermaplaning + microderm :) Thanks Laura!
