AT&T Store

It has been a good visit. Usually, I am not happy after a visit to cell phone provider store, but this was different. Quick (no wait time), productive (I got everything I needed), simple. Brad who helped me, was outstanding. You have a very happy customer!

The two gentlemen that helped me out upgrading my phone were fantastic. Very friendly very knowledgeable. They did not let me leave until they were sure everything was correct. Outstanding service and lets you don’t get that that often. Thank you.

Got 2 phones and a watch from these guys. There were 3 guys in the store and all three were friendly and helpful. Yousif Romaya got my phone all set up and took care of ordering my wife’s phone. He explained everything well and we actually had a good chat about local restaurants while we waited for my phone to be ready.

We went back in tonight to get my wife's phone, which came in two days, and had another great experience. Mike took care of my wife's phone and I ordered the watch I had spoken with Yousif about. Mike was friendly, courteous, and helped me make a confident decision on the watch I wanted which was much needed cause I was pretty indecisive.

Ask for Anthony when you go in. He was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable & friendly. Took care of everything we came in for in a very efficient & timely manner.

Marcus and Anthony were fantastic. I hate having to go into the store to get an issue resolved, even in this instance for an upgrade. But Marcus was knowledgeable and patient, and he took care of the upgrade and data transfer without trouble (this process has taken me hours in the past).

Words cannot explain how much of a help Mike was I appreciate his time and efforts.

Changed service providers from Version to ATT at local Costco. Received our phones next day and the order on both phones was completely botched. Was told to call customer service to correct issues. After 2 days and 6 hours on the phone we could not get problems resolved. At that point we visited the ATT store on Big Beaver in Troy. Anthony the store manager greeted us and his service was beyond anything I could have expected. Even though he didn’t get the sale he straightened it all out in 20 minutes and we walked out with our working phone. We also found out that we could have received better pricing from him. Classy guy. He’s my phone guy from now on.

I went to the AT&T store in Troy Michigan. Within a few minuted a nice salesman greeted me.
After we completed our business he gave me his business card and found out that his name is Cortez.
I took a liking to him because he was low keyed and he didnt pressure me at all.

I hate sales pressure and that made my visit to the store an awesome experience.

I’ve had a great experience at this AT&T location. Malik has been a tremendous help getting me back updated with my AT&T services and he did it a good timely fashion. I highly recommended coming to this location and seeing Malik. He will
make sure you have what you need.

Great time with Malik. He helped me get my iPhone 14 pro as well as some accessories. Very upfront and honest about everything. Great experience. Will definitely visit this store again
