We unfortunately had a water issue in our basement that led to a need for new flooring, but with Superb our worries and stress were quickly relieved! It was incredibly reassuring to talk with experts who could help us find a floor for our home’s needs that looks amazing, is durable, was cost effective, and will withstand the elements. We were incredibly satisfied with the knowledgeable staff at Superb and were amazed by the quick and expert install team who were very respectful in our home.

Justin, along with the entire team of Superb Flooring and Design, did all the flooring in our new build home. The carpet was wonderful in quality and my mom loved it so much that she had the same carpet installed in her home. Years later, when we had issues with the carpeting on the stairs lifting up, Suberb took responsibility and helped us out with full repairs. Where do I even start! First, Jason Day came to my rescue when my robot vacuum decided to destroy my carpeting with the help of my puppy. Jason was above and beyond helpful; I had never purchased flooring prior and he had the impossible task of matching the vintage wood floors on the main level of my house to the upstair and the addition on the back of the house. He patiently and carefully helped me find nearly a perfect match and was very respectful of my budget. The wonderful experience with Superb Flooring & Design didn't stop there. As with any home improvement project unexpected situations arise, and when it did, Jason and Superb more than made it perfect. They contracted out my floors to Hamilton Wood Floor, Dan and his crew were exceptional, like Jason, they went well above and beyond; even bringing me breakfast every day. We rounded off our Superb Flooring & Design order with carpeting for a newly (self) renovated basement, of which I had to delay the installation over and over again. Never once did the scheduling team get frustrated with me and when we were finally ready to get it installed they chose Juan as our installer, him and his son were not only professional, quick, and efficient, but oh so funny too.

If there were the ability to give out 10 stars I would. I absolutely encourage you to ask for Jason when you chose Superb Flooring & Design.

Superb Flooring was a great experience. Our salesperson, Brian, was attentive and easy to work with. He provided guidance and expertise in helping us choose our carpets and flooring. We had a large project that required 3 different installers, Juan, Miguel and Tim. All three installers were professional and attentive to our needs.

From start to finish we received exceptional sales, service and installation.
We had carpeting installed in 4 bedrooms, hallway, stairway with runner this past February.

Awesome service. We came to the store needing a quick solution for our new build. Superb went above and beyond and got us new carpet in less than two weeks. Great price, great service. I highly recommend them.
