Wow, where do I start! I have so much to say about my experience at The Tile Shop. Jason went above and beyond overall, and I highly recommend this place! I called, in a pinch, for a very particular kind of backsplash. Not only did he take the time to check the store that same day and make sure they had what I was looking for before I drove up there, but he had everything setup neatly when I got there, along with other similar options. I felt like he treated me like royalty! It is evident customer satisfaction is their top priority. Important note - the tile I found here is high end and was CHEAPER than lowe's/home depot. I would absolutely recommend going here before the other stores I mentioned because they have a HUGE selection with prices that can't be beat! From the time I was in the store picking my tile to when we had the product in our hands was 3 business days, so FAST! And 90% of what we received was in perfect condition. The other 10% was quickly replaced with perfect tiles. I am in love with my kitchen, and so happy we connected with Jason at The Tile Shop!

What a wonderful experience we had at this store location. Em was our sales associate and she has a great experience in explaining and understanding the needs of their customer. We were looking for kitchen backsplash installation and she went over with our kitchen style and helps us to find out the right design. Not only that she was so kind of answers any questions even she is not on working on the shift and also she provided us the best contractors list around the St. Louis area who does the installation. Each and every staff of the St. Peters location is so great and helpful always. If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so... Again, thanks Tile shop for all your help.

I can’t say enough about the St Peters Tile Shop. Jason and Em couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. I changed the grout choices 4 times on them and they graciously returned them and I’d purchase the next. 4x. Never an issue for them and they worked with me to try to help me decide each time. The job came out beautifully!! The marble is gorgeous and the grout is perfect. Sure The Tile Shop is a bit more expensive but you truly get what you pay for!!

Jason the manager and team are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer free design services. I walked in looking for a trim piece for tile I got from HD because they don’t have many options. I was greeted by Jason and shown a few choices that could work in no time. While he was was helping multiple customers because it was busy but everyone was having a good time. The store has nice displays so you actually see different layouts. Now I might change my tile. Thanks Mr Face.

Working with Jason at St. Peters Tile shop was top notch! Jason spent alot of time helping me pick out the shower wall tile, tile for both shower niche(s) and the floor tile (with all the grout for the different tile) for my guest bath remodel. He even showed me the "modern" layout for the tile(s) in my project. Jason is very professional, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented, providing excellent customer service. I actually called him several times throughout the project for different questions and he made time to ensure my questions were answered and that my service needs were met. Truly, Jason and the tile shop made this part of the process so much easier. Thank you. I highly recommend.

We bought our first house and updating the kitchen. We have never done a backsplash before and Jason coordinated an amazing look that brings the kitchen together. Great customer service before and after the sale! We will be back when it’s time for the bathroom remodel. I recommend asking for Jason.

We were met immediately and the sales rep gave us time to look and rook the time to listen to what our project was and who was doing the installation. Once we responded, she took us throughout the whole showroom to give us ideas and suggestions. She showed us worked well together and what would looked the best. Once we placed our order, I contacted her again and she was courteous and listened to my questions and concerns and helped me make the correct decisions. I am thrilled with the final project and would highly recommend The Tile Shop to everyone.

I'm a new first time home buyer and to say the least, I was anxious about getting everything customized the way I want it and I can say I'm extremely happy with the finished product and friendly, courteous employees. The manager, shoot I don't remember his name, it'll come to me, made sure to explain the whole process and walked me through the selection process. I'm very satisfied with the work and work ethic from those involved in my project and would definitely recommend my friends to go see JASON. Told you I'd remember eventually lol. If you need to do some tile work, I'd definitely support your support of this great company and somewhat lower prices. I don't normally give 5 stars but since I saw nothing but smiles the entire time they worked with me I can't help doing it now. Give them a chance and let them prove to you why they deserve your service. And if you can get a hold of Jason to help you plan how your project is going to go I'd recommend it! Keep up the good work

This store has fantastic customer service. They just short of held our hands through the process of laying tile in a 600 sq ft room for our first time ever. They offer free classes, as well as answer any questions you could possibly throw their way. It was a no-brainer to return, now that we've decided to tile our kitchen . I'm sure we will use them again in the future for our kitchen backsplash, and when we redo our downstairs bathroom. Love sending our friends their way. 10/10

We walked into The Tile Shop with a sample of our granite countertop. Our salesperson retrieved several samples and gave us some great ideas for our backsplash. He showed us options at multiple price points. Beautiful selection. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The Tile Shop had exactly what we needed.

I've used The Tile Shop for a complete remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom. Both times they've been very helpful and professional. Their customer service is excellent. I shopped around and the quality difference is night and day compared to big box stores. I will keep coming back to The Tile Shop.

Went to The Tile Shop to buy tiles for a backsplash. Love the huge selection and Doug, the Assistant Manager, is the BEST. He helped me find the perfect tile to match my countertop. He was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Gave us a great price too!

Just stopped by this store and it was great! The manager and staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and offered great ideas. Definitely recommend shopping here for flooring and tile needs.

Doug was so nice, knowledgeable, and invaluable in helping us decide which tile to use in our newly updated kitchen.
I was so overwhelmed with so many choices out there! By the time we visited The Tile Shop I was fearful we would never be able to come to a decision. Doug helped us to understand what types of stone/colors would compliment our new granite countertops, wall colors, and cabinets. He made the decision so easy I couldn't believe it! He was so easy going and assured me that we would find the perfect tile for our project. I recommend that you go there first, I wish we had! It would have saved me alot of time and frustration. Updating the kitchen and Jason was patient and helped me find a great backsplash for my house. It was a great experience and I recommend anyone looking to update their kitchen to go here and ask for Jason.

My experience was great. Doug help coordinate floor, wall and accent tile with my cabinets and countertop. He pulled together an amazing look and was so helpful during the whole process.

The guy that helped me turned out to be the store manager. Very knowledgable, quite quick, happy to walk me around and show me models of some options in use. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for, had it in stock, and got me out the door.

I was so pleased that I chose the tile store for my backsplash I was so thankful that Ryan helped me make the decisions I am very pleased with Ryan he is an awesome person very pleasant always helpful with every time I came back I want to thank everyone there also at the Saint Peter store for being so wonderful and nice thank you my kitchen looks awesome
