I went to exchange a shirt for my son. The sales associate, Sam, was very helpful. She went to the back to the storeroom to bring out a larger size. The transaction went very smoothly. I sure appreciated Sam's friendliness and helpfulness. I'm happy to report the shirt fit and my son's happy with the shirt!! Thank you.

I ordered an item online after the store was closed…and I got an email only 15 minutes after the store re-opened the next day to let me know my order was ready. It was my first experience with Rally House and I’m super impressed! The young ladies at the store were friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. I will definitely buy from Rally House in the future. Great job!!

We are not from this area and not fans of any of the local teams but we do go to the games when they play our teams here in town so we do kinda support them. Anyway, we came here to get a Christmas gift for my daughters best friend who LOVES the Cardinals and the selection here is great! So much merchandise to choose from and much easier to shop here than trying to find something online. We were really pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of items here in the store, not just clothing but other fun collectibles etc. Will definitely be back when shopping for future gifts!

Being from out of town and not having much time to shop, the staff was able to guide me in the direction that I needed to find what I wanted to purchase. The website did a great job of showcasing the products. Finally the selection of products is phenomenal!!

I went to find a St. Louis Blues Reverse Retro t shirt on Monday and they didn't have it at the store. They checked another store and the Fenton store had one in the size I needed. I didn't ask them to check another store, but they did it on their own. They told me they would contact me when it came in. The next day, Tuesday, they called and said the shirt was in. I went and picked it up. The girl found the shirt and checked me out. It only took minutes. A great place to shop. Great merchandise and wonderful people working there.

Went to grab a few last minute Cardinals shirts for a trip to Chicago this weekend and was greeted with a friendly smile upon walking in. Hannah asked what I was looking for and helped me look for the items I needed. I literally felt like I had my own personal shopping assistant! She was patience and helpful. Will definitely be back!!

I went to purchase a cardinals Jersey from Rallyhouse. Brooke, Jessica, and Brittney were working at the time and I was immediately greeted by smiling faces and offered help with finding anything. I was welcomed and found all the help I needed with friendly faces. Would highly recommend going for your sports attire needs.

This place has some of the best customer service than anywhere I have been in a long time! I came in looking for some new chiefs gear for the super bowl and Brittney came in and showed me around and helped me pick out some new fly gear, super helpful and made sure I was taken care of
