DXL Big + Tall

I shop at this location semi-frequently, but not enough that I thought I would be remembered. I was wrong! The staff knew my name and were friendly and helpful, and made my in-store shopping experience a good one. Being big (and not tall) clothes shopping can be awful, and has been since I was a kid. Not anymore. I’ve come in to this location in an emergency needing a suit that fit and found one, I’ve bought my summer and fall wardrobe here, and I plan to do the same with future wardrobe changes. It’s great, and well worth the cost. Everything fits well and is true to size, to the point that I never worry about ordering something online and hoping it will fit.

Absolutely love this place. I've always had a hard time finding dress pants and shorts that fit due to my bigger legs. I played football, and so they have never been small. The people here always help me find stuff that fits comfortably and doesn't look to baggy on me.

Our sales lady was great. She showed use the suits that would fit me. Very helpful.

The St. Peters store is the most organized one I have ever been in. Betty Davis acknowledged me the moment I entered. She helped me with all my needs. Congratulations on having such an exceptional employee !!!

The staff was great and they cater well to the plus sized lifestyle with a large selection. They had good knowledge on sizing to ensure I looked my best. I wanted a classic white shirt but surprisingly none is my size, but the charcoal looked great. It is nice to be able to try before you buy.

We called ahead to the store to verify they had in stock what we saw online. We asked the person on the phone to keep the jeans at the register because we knew we would be arriving close to the store closing time. We arrived about five minutes late and when we pulled up the person we talked to on the phone was walking up to the door to let us in. He waited after close to make sure we got the jeans! Great customer service! Unfortunately you don’t always find that around anymore. We are so grateful!

Had a great experience buying a suit for my husband here. Customer service was above and beyond our expectations. Even with supply issues they were able to help us find what we needed. Highly recommend!

Reasonable prices for the type of clothing.

The help I received was fantastic. They actually worked with me to make sure I received the best price for Jean's by using either the house discount or national coupon.

National coupon saved me 11 bucks. I'm pleased.

Wonderful every time I shop there for or with my husband. They take time to make sure he's fitted perfect with any need. He's never disappointed!

Great selections however over priced as compared to Dillard's Big and Tall men department.

Nice variety of big and tall men's clothing and extremely helpful and nice staff! My new go to place for my husband's clothes! Would give more then 5 stars if I could.

Jon the mid river malls manager was nice knowledgeable and helped me so much during a stressful period the way he carried himself was nice caring and supportive. We really appreciate everything about how he treated us about our experience and look forward to meeting him on his next trip

Good customer service, easy exchange for an item when needed. Even shipped the replacement free of charge to my home. Will shop again when the need arises.

Definitely a 5 star store. Left St. Charles and called store @ 5:55pm, literally 5min before it closed and John said keep coming. We were across the street at the mall, thinking it was in the mall.
We got there he locked the door and we got what we needed and ordered what they didn't have and left there warm and happy.
John went above and beyond customer service for us.
Gave him a healthy tip because he didn't have to keep it open for us.

Salesman found exactly what I wanted at a price I wanted.

Went in looking for shirts for my husband and just wasn't satisfied with some of the clearance options, as we were looking for T-shirts. But I described to the gentleman what we were looking for and he grabbed it! It was so nice and easy. Smelled great in the store too!! Very satisfied.
