Love the cleanliness and organization of the store. Also friendly cashiers

The store is bright and welcoming as my hubby & I walked in. We walked over to the utensil aisle I seen a set of 3 strainers and a cookie scoop, I had to pick them up and carry them,- they were so cute. Then I walked around the corner and I seen the set of small glass bowls w/lids, I had to have them! carry them. Then at the end of that aisle I found real living bath towels, I got 2 white, you know by now my hubby is carrying stuff right? It was then my hubby pointed out to me the Broyhill throws in the center of the walkway. And yes I did get a blue plaid throw, & I was ready to check out, there was no wait time, the Cashier Kim was very professional & knowledgeable about her job. She made the checkout pleasant and made my day. Big Lots did NOT disappoint.

Clean, great bargains, good variety of stock on shelves. Nice cashier. We came out with much more than we went in for....kept finding things we frequently use.

Good prices and customer service

I went in for dog food, toys, and Easter decorations! I found myself in there for an hour and definitely left with more! Great organized store.

Love Big Lots! I go there so often I’m on a first name basis with all the employees. All very nice & helpful. The Saint Peters location is in the middle of rearranging the store, was a bit confused at first but as I said all employees are very helpful to help you find what you are looking for! They have GREAT prices!

Great store, great prices! Customer service is awesome! I called at a busy time and asked if something was available and the employee actually went and checked to make sure it was in stock still and didn’t just just check the inventory. Love this store!

5 days after having bought a Broyhill Sofa and Loveseat, one of the recliner motors stopped working on the Loveseat. Although we bought it from a different Big Lots store that didn't have another, Bree and David were able to help us with an exchange. The process was very easy and both were more than helpful. David even helped unload/load the Loveseats into my truck. Thanks much for the excellent service!

Staff here are typically super helpful & kind. Every time I've gone into this location and I ask a question, the person walks with me to find what I'm looking for instead of just saying an aisle number. It's very much appreciated & shows stellar customer service.

What a variety! See something you like? Better buy it then. May not be there in a hour, they don't always stock the same items. Super great prices. Great helpfully staff.

Good place for random stuff

I was welcomed into the store when I was home from college and a man named Jake helped me find my way around the store to exactly what I needed. I was recently informed he quit which is devastating. I’d love to be able to have an encounter with him again. Please come back Jake! :)

They've done some updating to their store and product line. Big Lots is a great place to find a fun bargain, name-brand furniture, groceries & household staples. Staff is always helpful!

Awesome prices and a great selection of items. I hadn't been there in years and was like a diabetic kid in a candy store. Wanted it all but not able to get any of it cause I'm broke, lol

ALWAYS pleasant shopping at this store. This time I ordered online and went to pick up curbside. Simple easy breezy and didn't have to wait long.

Love it . Aldo , the location is awkward, makes it difficult to locate, twice got lost , finally after driving through a barricade of parking lots found it . Big lots carry nice finds like pjs and slippers, cosmetics. Nuts , and big bags of beef jerky. Paper goods and furniture. Definitely I will go back .

Big lots always have great stuff, even seasonal stuff. You just have to take your time and look. If you find something, you better buy it or it could be gone the next time you come in.
