Had to replace plumbing in our kitchen..... we brought in the old pipe setup and the team member in that department was so helpful in locating all of the needed pieces. He even walked us through installation and mags she we had appropriate tools at home to cut the PVC to length. Though we had an idea of what we were doing, it was helpful to walk through with someone else to make sure we were on the right track. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he was a gentleman probably in his 60s with gray hair and longer grey beard....I believe he had glasses on, too. Thanks for giving us the confidence to tackle the job.

I have been a home depot fan for decades. This is my first real interaction with lowes and it was very awesome. They were very aggressive on pricing to earn my business, and their support was incredible.

I wanted to take a minute and recognize an amazing shopping experience I had a Lowe's last week.

Victoria and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. She signed me up for their PRO rewards and saved me $20. Aside from that, everyone else was extremely eager to help.

I just want to acknowledge Fantasia in Customer Service and publicly thank her for resolving an issue of reimbursement for me. After learning about my situation, she looked into it and called me a short time later to say that I could come in and pick up my reimbursement in cash. This employee deserves a promotion!

The return attendant was very helpful and considerate. She handled a difficult situation. The Halloween display was too good, I couldn't get my granddaughter away from it.

They always have different styles than Menards and Homedepot .. example lighting, gardening and other deco stuff!

I love ordering online and making a quick curbside pickup of gardening supplies. Every pickup has been quick and easy with super friendly staff. It was also very easy to return an item I didn't need.

UPDATE: Just revised my comment and changed to 5 stars because outstanding service is my overall experience. I got upset over a minor issue with a pickup order when I got an email that said someone picked up my stuff. Lowe's 1-800 customer service was prompt but unable to help as they said I had to call the store. I called the store to reach someone on the phone, and waited on hold 30 minutes before I hung up. However, when I went to the store, the service desk had my items. No wait. The associate and manager apologized for the glitch and they identified the problem and made sure the associate was prepared if it happened again. Associates and managers in the store are always visible and helpful. It was frustrating, but it turned out to be a minor issue, and if someone had been able to tell me that on the phone, it would have better, but it's only fair to say that the Holland Lowe's delivers an outstanding experience on every visit and I'll be returning like I did today.

Bought this plant today half price rack for eight dollar's, hopefully I can bring it back to life.They had too many plants to pick from.I love Lowes plant selection.I will be back.

It's large and has had anything I ever needed but not so massive that you get lost and need to buy a frozen pizza because you spent all day. To be fair you could spend all day there also daydreaming or planning projects. Very friendly workers, I have never had an issue getting help.

Going from software development to remodeling a 100-year-old home is quite a jump. I’m not an expert in hardware stores but Lowe’s in Holland, Mi is pretty well stock and they deliver and so far they’ve been able to provide all I needed. And I started with zero tools.

I needed help with getting a a heavy toilet into my truck. After not getting a response from the normal people to help…. Anna and Maria we’re doing something else, interrupted what they were doing, and took on the challenge. They are both pros and have great attitudes! Thank you ladies!

I love tools and I do enjoy Lowe’s. Every time I need some kind of home improvement project done, I always go to Lowe's & I get EXACTLY what I'm looking for or an entirely new or close to what i need! Store is clean and well organized also. Prices are also very competitive with the local market. The people they have are great but they feel overworked. I highly recommend Lowe's Home Improvement Holland to anyone looking for tools & items for their home improvement project.

The greeter actually took me to get the item I needed. Much faster than me searching for it.

Nathan in appliances was super helpful and knew a lot about all the products he had. I was looking for a new fridge with a good size freezer in it and he pointed me in the right direction. He wasn’t pushy at all and definitely made me have a good experience! I will for sure be coming back in the future for other appliances!
