He was honest, very patient (because I was so particular with what I wanted) and had a very wonderful attitude. He was completely honest about the pricing as well. You do not meet people like him, it is few and far and I was lucky enough to lease from him!

My mom bought a RAM from here and so did my husband! Dylan was our car salesmen and he’s always been really nice and great! I definitely recommend them. They have a big selection of trucks!

Great place, repair was covered under warranty. Had a little play room to keep my daughter busy. They covered our rental and everything was done in a very timely matter. Coffee, water and popcorn free for customers. The arcade game was the best part.

My wife and I had been to 2 other places that call themselves car dealers in the Troy Motor mall and the last place we checked was Suburban Collection Cadillac. I'm so glad we did because we were introduced to Neil Wosniak and hands down he was the best of the best. He got us into a great car and the price beat everything else we look at. I purchased my first car here and left out with a great overall experience thanks to Rocky. He was of great help and made the purchase process quick. I was looking for a used vehicle with a specific price range and mileage and not only was that met, but the car condition was outstanding. Definitely recommend this place! Very friendly staff too!

Suburban VOLVO is the dealer at this address, and NOT all the other dealers shown in the photos or most of the other reviews. BE CARFUL when reading reviews, not all Suburban Collection dealers are the same. The Suburban Volvo dealer in the Troy motor mall is great. We have three Volvos vehicles, all purchase from Suburban Volvo in Troy. Some used and some new. We have also been using Suburban Volvo for over 12 years. We also have been using them for all our service. Been happy with both their service and sales staff. Over the years, staff have changed and we have worked with many different employees and we have always had good support at Suburban Volvo. Everyone will have issues with their Vehicles, regardless of brand or model. We have been able to find equable solutions when we have disagreed with Suburban Volvo.

I bought my jeep from here a couple weeks ago, and I had such a great experience. Kyle took great care of me, and communicated with me the entire time. He even met me and dropped the jeep off to me and we swapped vehicles. I enjoyed how convenient this entire process was, as I am a super busy person. Yet Kyle catered to everything I needed. My Jeep is fantastic, and I look forward to doing more business here.

Service is always excellent! I appreciate that they strive to complete my service within a reasonable time, and once when there was a miscommunication about when my car was ready for pick-up, they waived my service fee. I certainly was not expecting that, and still would have gladly paid, but that's what you call great customer service!

While I had to purchase my Durango out of state due to limited availability, these guys don't hesitate to take great care of me in the service department. Kyler is always on point and attentive. I trust them 100% with my Hellcat and wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicles here.

They have many different vehicles from many different manufacturers. This makes it nice for anyone not sure what vehicle they want to view several during the same trip. I only accompanied my dad to pick up his new car, so I can't speak to prices. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly.

I simply can't say enough about this company. I live in Maryland and was in need of a couple of parts for my Mercedes Benz. I contacted my local dealer (where I purchased the car) and had to leave a voicemail to which I never received a return call. I then conducted several searches online, and spoke to several companies in search of the necessary parts. No one was able to assist me. By chance I located Suburban, and Andrew immediately provided me with the part numbers, cost and availability. I purchased the parts from Suburban and they arrived within a few days. After this situation I had an auxiliary battery message appear on my console. I again contacted Andrew at Suburban. He immediately provided me with the part number and cost. Superior customer service. Just wish that this company was closer geographically to MD.

Seem to be an ok place but you can't treat people like the young gentleman Josh was treated. People are mad because he's one of the kindest people in youtube. Plus he's EXCELLENT free advertising. Come on guys.

Update. Good job on issuing that young man an apology. He's a nice person. 5 stars.

Dan from the certified service center was so helpful. I drove in without an appointment and he graciously welcomed me and solved my issue within 12-15 minutes. So impressed as another gmc dealership I went to for service held me up for 10 hours total over a span of two days. Highly recommend this dealership for servicing your vehicle.

I rarely give five stars but this dealership truly deserves it. Specifically Mario and the sales manager, they are fantastic people and no BS they gave me all straight pricing over the phone and were willing to hold a car with no deposit for me. So far the best sales staff I've ever worked with. I will say they do have a markup on some of their vehicles, but after calling every hynduai and Kia dealer in Michigan, Northern Ohio, and Illinois. Only one dealer had no markups(and they had waiting times to order) and suburban was the cheapest markup after them. I will always recommend Mario now and the suburban hynduai

The team did an amazing job all around with my repair. Literally every step of the way. From communication with the estimator to the actual mechnical and paint work performed. Absolutely outstanding. Would highly recommend for quality work and attentive service.

The service provided here is probably the best I have used. And when I had any issues they would always try and support to make sure I was a happy customer. Only issue I have is I live far away from the place and have to drive quiet a bit to get here. But considering they are treating me well better than other hyundai dealers near me, I dknt mind the drive. And now they have a new service of recording the servicing and share it with us which is awesome.
